Guitar Center

While some people resent this place as the "big box" retailer of music stores, you can't beat their prices and selection. I'm a drummer and they have the most drum gear at good prices that you can find and their drum people are very helpful and knowledgeable. I'd recommend this place to any musician or anyone who wants to test out music gear.

This place is amazing. They have all kinds of great stuff including drum and equiptment. The people who work there are really great at helping you find what you need. This is not the best place to take your kids though. The prices are pretty good too. This is a great place to go for guitar needs...

I like this store for both their drum and guitar selection. The people who work there are nice and help answers questions so that I get exactly what I'm looking for. They have a lot of things to look at and it's nice that they let you play on some of the instruments while you're shopping there.

My husband is a drummer as well as a guitarist. He loves looking in this place even though it's so crowded and hard to take kids into. But they have always been very helpful there and even have given my husband a discount on a large purchase that was already on sale. They also had to order something for him - it took awhile and they never did call when it came in, but we figured that was because they are always so busy. Prices seem fair and the staff friendly.
