Porcello Jewelers

We went in to see what we could get for some rings and were basically laughed at. I had this stuff appraised by a reputable jeweler who does not purchase used and was offered less then 5% by Will. He then continued to look down his nose at us and talk about the recession. Giving us, 'poor me' stories about paying for college and whatnot. If I could give less then 1 star I would.

My experience at Porcello's was very professional. I brought in some items to have evaluated and was offered a very fair price in comparison to the other locations I visited. Will, the manager was very kind and helpful.

However the monster Mark Porcello is, the manager Will was nice.
Every man has a dark side. The manager, Will treated me nice and payed good price for my golds. However, I regret selling my other pieces with diamonds in it. I had a night mare about him taking apart my ring which I didn't sell to him. I'm glad I didn't sell my other pieces. I would try Alana in Northgate. She was nice and she is honest.
