great community feeling, not very organized or professional

If you're going to get a YMCA membership, I would suggest getting the triangle membership because then you can use all of the YMCA facilities in the area, not just this one. This one is quite old and run-down. There is not much equipment and the machines they do have are old. The classes are excellent; the teachers do a great job. I have been disappointed in the customer service. My telephone calls sometimes go unanswered for weeks. The staff are friendly enough, however they do not always act with professionalism.
