Mid Columbia Family Health Center

Why doesn't Mid Columbia Family Health Clinic have a website?? They have a lot of doctors, 2 clinics, affiliation to Skyline Hospital in White Salmon, and no website. How odd.

I love this place! The doctors and staff were very kind and thorough. I waited 15 minutes but then was given as much time as I needed. The front desk was very helpful and even though I don't know a lot about insurance, they helped me figure it out.

My doctor lives in the community and I like that. I feel like they are family. I would recommened seeing any of the doctors there they have many.

This clinic is good overall I'm on state insurance and they have no problem with it.I've never had to pay before had make sure you check your insurances instructions before you go though because there is a sign that explains they need there money at time of service.Which includes valid insurance they will not charge you if your insurance is a valid service.
There are long waits I have also waited almost an hour for service.But they are always nice have no problem looking at any problems or questions you have.They are vary clean.They have an ultra sound machine in the clinic.
I also don't like how some doctors don't have a permenten office I have been there 5 times and been to 3 different offices.
I also don't like how they don't have vary many kids books or toys.
I personally gave this 3 stars because even though there are some down sides bed side manners is vary important to me and they seem to know what they are doing and are nice about it.

I wish I could give this less than one star. I was with this group of Drs. for years. They always demanded that I pay in full then they would bill insurance and give me a refund. It was my understanding that I paid a bundle for health insurance so that I would not have to pay up front.

The other problem with this group is that they tend to over book their schedule. I sometimes waited over 90 minutes to see my physician. This was unacceptable.

PROS: Only drs. group in the town
CONS: Long Waits and Insurance was not accepted up front.
