I don't know anything about bikes, but when I browsed here, they were very helpful in educating me on what would suit my needs best. they seemed very honest and knowledgeable, and didn't try to pressure sell me something, and they had a very good selection to choose from.

This is a great place. Especially for someone just getting into the sport. I went in there, really not knowing what to buy, but they guided me through the process. They were honest and frank with me, and I really feel like they only sold me what I needed. I am looking forward to using them for all my biking needs. Very classy people who genuinely want to help you.

BUYER BEWARE! After spending $150 on a tuneup and shifter set that did not fix the problem I went in for, they tried to sell me an obviously used Sugino crank as "new" for $50, and a mismatched crank arm separately for $25 plus labor to install. This business seems more concerned with selling whatever it can, than doing what is necessary to fix the original problem. Having known that Harvey's has been a Lynnwood institution for years, I am truly shocked to have had such a terrible experience.
