Mallard's is THE best ice cream. Not your normal run of the mill ice cream shop. Unique and delicious flavors, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. What more could you ask for?

This is the place for ice cream in Bellingham. It's amazing, though they do have some quirky flavors, especially the ones that taste like flowers. But the prices are good and the ice cream is amazing. Try it!

They have ROSE FLAVORED ICE CREAM. Seriously, people - you need to check this out. The staff is friendly, the room is equipped with chess sets and their flavors far exceed the monotony of Baskin Robbins.

Once you've tried Mallard's ice cream you won't find the same satisfaction in any other ice cream. The quality of ingredients is eveident. The variety of flavors is amuzing. Their basil ice cream sounded odd but wow what a fantastic flavor!
