Accutrust withheld our $1200 deposit and charged an additional $1100 to turn the house we rented from them, dispite our having been excellent tenants.

The home was spotless while we lived there, and spotless the day we moved out. I spent hundreds of dollars on the lawn (they were supposed to put in a new lawn and never did) and it looks fantastic.

After two, futile, written requests for the return of our deposit, we are now in the process of sueing them. Our evidence is overwhelming and the return of our deposit is iminent.

Instead of treating us with the respect we earned, and returning the deposit which is rightfully ours, Accutrust is playing the odds of saving a few bucks...pathetic.

Since AccuTrust purchased Pacific Properties my life as a renter has improved 10 fold. They fired all their front office staff, hired new people in maintenance and work really hard to make me feel valuable. The staff at Pacific Properties treated me like a number and they seemed irritated when I called with a maintenance issue. My property manager with AccuTrust actually called to make sure my maintenance issues were resolved to my satifaction! I thank God everyday for the change.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They take forever to get back to you and they make promises and do not keep them. When you need things fixed in your home (rental) it takes forever for them to fix them.

I would not recommend this service to anyone. We rented a home from this company and we have had nothing but problems. They have lost payments and blamed us even though we had the cancelled check. We had a tree fall in our backyard after a storm and take out our phone and cable service. It took them 2 months to come out and cut down our tree. It was ridiculous. The people in the front office are very rude and are of no help at all. I strongly recommend you to stay away from this business!!
