Watch these guys like hawks. They'll give you a privacy notice and tell you that they sell your information - but there's no check box to opt out. You must write it on the form. They'll also demand personal information and when you challenge them on that, they'll claim its federal law that you provide it.

I called the salesman and asked if they would agree to $500 over invoice, and they would show me the invoice. He verified that his manager had approved the deal. When I got there, the salesman showed me a bogus hand made sheet showing approximately $2,000.00 in fabricated charges. When I confronted them, they finally produced the actual invoice which verified that they lied to me and tried to cheat me. Of course, they continued to deny it, even though the evidence was in writing.

These guys are old school, bait and switch sleazeballs. Buyer beware.

I was disgusted with this business when they charged $900 to "fix" the check engine light. It wasn't fixed. Second time vehicle was brought in they found an additional $400 problem. The check engine light stayed off for a few days after spending $1,300 with the dealership and now is back on. I strongly suggest you do not trust this dealership.

We are devoted to servicing our Toyota at this south Seattle location. Easy to get to just West of the Airport. Worth driving down there for service any day. Hassle free (and dollar free) loaner cars. Experienced and highly customer friendly staff will lead you through process and/or make recommendations for service - now or later. Look for coupons in the mail, however, they've always honored prices without physical coupon. Can do without used car guys but service is A++++++++++

We have had several interactions with Burien Toyota and have never been let down!

We purchased a vehicle with them, during which time we were never pressured and they went out of their way to help when we were ready. From browsing to purchasing, they were great!

When it came time to have work done on our car, we were even happier! They got the vehicle in and out, repaired to excellent standards, and even cleaned and detailed the car, and shampooed the carpets!! They were quick to get us a loaner can while they repaired our car.

This time around, our vehicle's warranty company went out of business. However, rather than showing us the door, they bent over backwards to help. They found a sister company and did all of the extra paperwork necessary to get the repairs paid for so we didn't have to pay more than our deductable out of pocket.

Two thumbs WAAY up! These people care, and have quality, professional staff!

PROS: Professional and quality staff, product, and service!!
CONS: Nothing!
