TubCove has been a true joy to work with from day 1! My father began working with TubCove on my behalf for a rental property -- even though I was out of state, this was the easist process one could ask for. Shelley, who runs the office, was always available, knowledgeable and understanding of my unique situation. She worked seamlessly with me and my father. TubCove delivered upon each promise, from a promise to email documents to arriving on time and completing scheduled work that surpassed our expectations.

To Shelley and the fantastic crew at TubCove -- THANK YOU!! I am a customer for life and am happy to recommend your company!!

We own several apartment buildings in Seattle and have attempted to restore several tubs - our advice - don't even try. Just replace them.

We've gone through 3 different companies who replace or retrofit tubs. TubCove was significantly less expensive, their work was done on time with good quality. Over the past 4+ years, they've installed 4 new tubs, and have always been able to work around our apartment vacancies (which is critical to us). The tub they install is a metal tub with porcelain finish - excellent for apartments, more than adequate for most home applications. They can apparently also install more expensive tubs as necessary.

While at first it seemed like they would be good to work with, my experience with Tub Cove of Seattle was horrible and their "service" was a huge disappointment.

They came to my home, measured my tub surround area and gave me an estimate... all in about 10 minutes.

The following week, the installer scheduled for Monday cancelled the appointment... I had already taken time off from my paying job and was minutes from my home when he called to cancel. The installer rescheduled for 9:30 am the next day... but showed up at 10:30. While preparing the installation, he broke the diverter stem in my bath plumbing. Ultimately, when he was ready to install the surround... the "custom made" surround was not properly measured and did not fit. Seems the 10 minutes spent measuring didn't suffice. The end... and I lost another half day's pay in the process.

I couldn't get back onto their schedule for another week and a half... when I said that THAT was unacceptable, they called back and said it would be easier for them if they didn't have to reschedule me and they would return my down-payment. I would not refer this unprofessional company to anybody.
