I have been going to Red Nails for a manicure and fills for over 6 months now. I changed from another nail place in town that wasn't cleaning their nail clippers after clipping others nails. They still had another persons nails in them. I like Red Nails so much I have gotten a few pedicures also. They care so much about their customers that even if they get a unexpected rush of people coming in, they call more employees from home or somewhere to come in to help. Can't beat that! I like the price, the service, and the cleanliness.

I have only been to this shop twice, but that was enough for me. I felt rushed and like they did not value my business. The shop was also not to my standards of cleanliness. I will not be returning.

I went there and i thought that the people and the service was very nice. I see that some people think that the people there were being rude but you have to understand that they are working hard and for longs hours in a day. so i don't try to make rude reviews about their shop and jeopardized their business. There may be a communication issues sometimes but they do try their best. If any one of you tried to work in a foreign country and try to make a living then I am willing to bet that you would have a problem too.

Just saying that we have to give people a chance before we judge them.

Please don't base your judgment based on someone else's, try it yourself and then you can decide weather you like the place.

thanks.

On February 17th, 2008, I took my two daughters to Red Nails of Yelm in order to have our gel cap nails removed and re-done. My husband had bought me a gift certificate in the amount of $175.00 for me to get several nail treatments done. When I sat down at my nail station, my daughters also sat down. I explained what I wanted done and the lady seemed as though she didn??t understand. I again explained what I wanted done, and the lady started to yell at me and she started raising her voice in Vietnamese to the other lady and started talking back and forth while making gestures towards me with the other woman. I asked them to please talk in English if they wanted to complain about me to one another so I could understand what was going on. The lady then put my hands into a bowl with a liquid and some rocks. I told her I couldn??t move my fingers and that it hurt. When I tried to remove my fingers from the bowl, she slapped my hands back into the bowl. While this was transpiring, I heard my daughter starting to say ??Ouch!?. I told my other daughter to go to my younger daughter and tell her if the treatment was hurting her, to let the lady attending her to know. The lady working on me suddenly started yelling at me. I asked her why she was yelling at me and she replied that if I didn??t like it I could go somewhere else. I asked both ladies to finish what they were doing and I wanted to check out. They charged me $32.00 from my gift certificate. I asked them to give me the remainder of my gift certificate in cash and they again yelled at me ??No refunds!? I collected my daughters and went to another nail spa in Yelm where we were treated with dignity and respect. Red Nails of Yelm hurt both me and my youngest daughter. They slapped my hands continuously and gouged my nails through almost to the nail bed. They also gouged my youngest daughter??s nails almost through to the nail bed, cut her cuticles in several places, and burned her fingers with the acetone. I do not know how they are able to keep their license with customer service and treatment like that. My husband has spoken with their management in order to obtain a refund, but they were uncooperative.

I went here for my nails and everytime another person came in I noticed that they would start rushing on the persons nails they were doing. I felt this was wrong. That person paid to get there nails done and they should not get a cruddy nail job just because they wanted to fit in another customer~ I myself was definetly not pleased when I was done my nails were crooked and they lifted after only 3 days. Sad~
