Until my last experience, I would have highly recommended this dealership. I had a valve job done on my 02 Tacoma and lost 3 miles per gallon of gasoline. They took it back in but couldn't find any problems with it. I was basically told by the service manager tough luck.

i purchased a Camry there and had a great experience. Staff was friendly. Our sales person "Personally" delivered the vehicle to my home in great condition. Awesome service!
4I made the mistake of buying my truck from Toyota of Puyallup. I would not go back to them or ever recommend this dealership to anyone.
It is a long story but I would say there management was one of the worst that I have ever dealt with. I have been a Toyota owner for the last 20 years and it has nothing to do with the vehicle just the poor service.

Toyota of Puyallup has always treated us right, from our Landcruiser with over 200,000 miles, to getting our Prius early back in 05 when it usually took about 6 months, to every 5000 mile oil change.
We have always been treated right.
Toyota has a great reputation all the way around and their service department is no different. They have done a nice job on all of our cars and when we can finally afford to buy a new car, it will be a Toyota. We have been to their lot several times to take a look at cars and have always been greeted by nice friendly sales agents. Their lot is very big and very busy, but you get personalized service anyway. You will like this dealership.

Victor was good to schedule a needed last minute oil before my 5 days of long distant driving. The staff is very courteous and thorough.

Went in for an oil change, got that plus a wash and vacuum. They also did it 20 minutes faster than estimated.

I appreciated the great service and rental car so I could still work! Laurie in the service department was fantastic and did everything she could for me! Even went as far as she could to help me with discounts due to the large bill!

The team at Puyallup were efficient from scheduling, to servicing, to handing me back my keys to drive home. I especially liked having the technician show me the condition of my filters so I had no hesitation about replacing them.

You all are such great people. Never any pressure because I'm a woman and I don't know a lot about cars. And you always have chocolate chip cookies. Great people, great service and cookies, what more could I ask for.

Dropped in here to test drive a Scion. The sales person who helped us was very knowlegeable, helpful and most of all not pushy. In the end we decided to save our money and postpone buying for 6 months. Appreciate the service.
