Sent our dog to Bone A Fide for a week. She contracted Kennel Cough. We were told she needed to have Bordatella in the last year. The vet said any reputable boarding facility would have asked it be in the last 6 months and they should have asked us to get her a booster. I understand that things like that happen at a place with many animals, but the staff was very uninformed about what needed to be done. We were told she didn't need a vet visit and that it was a virus. Our vet had us come in immediately and informed us it was a bacterial infection and should be treated immediately.

So, the uninformed and unhelpful staff is the reason we are not returning. I want the people taking care of my dog to actually care. I'd take your dog to Metro Dog instead. They are very caring there.
