I should have read the reviews before I called them to check which color Scion was on the lot. They said they have the color I want, so I drove 45 min just to find out it was not there. When I asked for the guy I spoke with on the phone an hour ealier, I was told "His father just died, so he had to leave." Yeah, right. No integrity. Don't go there.

This used to be a good dealership back when they were at the old location and when they first opened at the new one. Once the grand opening wore off their service has greatly gone downhill. I get routine oil changes and car checkups at this dealership. Also went in several times for recalls. I only go back because the employees that work on the cars tend to do a decent job. Had some small problems with the work done but nothing $$$
However, the customer service here is terrible. The employees are rude. They have been rude about their taxi service, pushing me to add on extras to services, and belittling people. I see their employees texting in open view and not paying attention to people waiting to be helped. Also there is descrimination and snobby attitutes.This is mainly in the service department.
The dealers are decent. The managers are also decent. However, I do not understand why this dealership hires some of the folks working in various departments that provide terrible customer service.
I stopped recommending this dealership when they went downhill. It used to be great when they focused on the customer. Now I recommend another Toyota for purchasing and servicing Toyota cars. I would not buy from this dealership again.In fact the next time I get a disrespectful attitute from the employees at the service center desk, I will be taking my business elsewhere. And don't think one unhappy customer cannot make a difference. I know many people that have gone to a different Toyota or even Honda to avoid all the negatives that Micheal's Toyota is experiencing. I miss the good ol' days with decent customer service.

We purchased a certified used Prius From Michaels Toyota. BUYER BEWARE! Always ready the fine print. We we're told it had never been in an wreck - wrong! Our car was involved in a fender bender and guess what was behind the falling paint? You guessed it, obvious body work from a previous accident and not with us. They are happy to show you a CarFax on a used car but guess what. It means nothing in the state of Washington, this state does not require Insurance to report any loss or damage to a car (only a few states do) We're talked into an extended warranty good for 100,000 miles WRONG! The warranty was only good if you were the original owner, they sold us a warranty for 1500.00 that only lasted 3 months. WTF!!

People don't normally buy cars everyday, this is their business you think they would be a bit more up front and honest with folks to help them though the process, its overwelming. I totally feel like we were shafted.

As far as the service department our check engine light seems to light up once a year and do you think they have been able to pin down a cause? No! could be this could be that, costing me about a grand everytime they look at it and replace what the think 'might' be the cause. They are nice and all but it doesn't get my car fixed properly.

I just wanted to let you know that Michael's Toyota of Bellevue is a great place to buy a car. They have a large selection, and courteous sales people.

I bought a used Camry at a great price, 4 years ago. I gave it to my daughter and she is still driving it. Recently, my son returned from Iraq. He went in and bought a new Corolla. They made sure that a got a good price and received all the rebates available (military included) He has referred a number of friends and family.

What I like most is they get to the bottom line without the hassle.

I got a used 95 Saturn, paid cash. When it supposedly went through service and got a clean bill of health, I was excited to FINALLY have a car again. I picked the car up on Friday. Sunday the car started having issues which escalated. Tried setting up times to bring it in, and pop in out of the blue for 2 weeks before they seemed to have time for me. Manager refused to take the car back for what I paid, which sucks. These were pretty major issues that the service dept should have seen without any make-specific equipment (like a dying alternator). However, when I traded the lemon in (for 800, I got shafted on the deal until the financing managers took a peek to see where things could be shaved off, and saved me nearly 3 grand! While I'd like to have been able to have had the first car work right, at least I got one eventually.

A bunch of liars and cheaters We bought a brand new 2009 Sienna from their dealer. While we were driving, the front driver side glass door shattered for no reason. There was no throwing rock or any object striking the window at all. They wanted us to have it replaced by a private shop. They promised that if it was due to manufacturing defect, they would reimburse us for the cost of the repair. The technician told us that it could be due to a craze line in the the glass during shipment of the van. When we told the manager about what the technician told us, he just brushed it off and insisted that we had to have proof before he could repay us back. How could anyone prove it when the glass completely shattered? I told him that it was ridiculous that they did not honor the warranty on the car. After all, we paid a lot more for a brand new car because there was a warranty. The manager started to raised his voice and asked us to leave. What a bad customer service! We won't buy another Toyota ever again. They are not reliable and do not have any customer service at all.Pros: Very nice until they take their money; all phony promises Cons: Lying, and cheating; very bad customer service

I bought my scion tc from them three years ago when they were in their old location and I got great service from them them through the whole process. As part of my initial purchase I bought their pre-paid maintenance plan so I have continued to go back to them for every oil change and tune up since I bought the car. I've never had bad service there. In fact, I've told many people how impressed I am with my experiences there. The people I've dealt with are friendly and willing to explain exactly how they're servicing the car and why things are functioning as they are. I've left my car there during business hours and their very convenient shuttle service brought me to work and back. On another occasion, I had to leave my car there overnight and they gave me a complimentary rental - and I had fun test driving their new 2009 Camry Hybrid for the evening, Plus, they serve you coffee and fresh baked cookies if you stay there to wait for your oil change - who can't like that?

I brought my car repair for timing belt service. It's just close to my house, so I chose it. It took them looog time to finish, and they forgot to tighten the radiator hose, so my car was overheated in the way to my house (2 miles away from it). I had to tow in again, and they tightened it, but did not refund towing fee.

4 month later, my oil pump dead. I had to tow there, because they did timing belt change, it's very likely they messed up my oil pump.
Now they asked me to replace engine, with a lot of $$$$$$$$$$$.

My recommendation is that never never go there, if you have other choice.

I came here for a small job thatI needed done on my side panel where I got hit by a deer. I called and that day they got me in to see what they could do for me. I was really relieved that I didn't have to drive around looking for a business that could take care of this problem for me. I got it fixed in about a week and I was very pleased to see what a nice job they did on the panel. I would go here again for any problem that I have with my car.

PROS: fixed my panel within a week
CONS: the panel coloring was a little light

I had them perform 120,000 mile service on my car. I wasn't really impressed with the service. After they called my wife and told her the car was ready, we drove over there to pick it up. They had us wait almost an hour to get our car out! I was under impression that they weren't really done and instead were working on the car while we were waiting.

They also seemed to have been recommended stuff regardless whether I needed it or not. They told me my belts were never replaced. When I told them they were supposed to have been replaced at 60,000 miles and if that's not the case I will sue the other dealership, they immediately backed off saying the belts easily could've been replaced. They also told me that my coolant pump needed replacement because it was leaking. When I pressed them on that and asked them to show me the leaks, they said they couldn't as it was "deep inside and hard to see." When I finally got the car back, I could hear the fluids making weird noises, so it sounded like they did change at least some of them. So I guess they have done at least some of the work they were supposed to do, but were recommending stuff I didn't really need.

CONS: Recommended stuff that I don't think I needed

Of all the Toyota dealerships in the King County area, this one is likely the most expensive to get your car serviced. I brought my car here once and wasnt treated very well, was charged an expensive rate versus other dealerships, and it took longer than expected to fix my car. The only reason I brought it here was because it was convenient.

I bought my Prius from here and they were wonderful. From the test drive to the financing they were awesome. When I ran into an issue with my car I called them and they told me how to fix it without having to come in - to save me money. I will purchase my next vehicle from them in a heartbeat!!!
