Careworks is an excellent nanny resource. They spend a lot of time and effort trying to match you with a nanny that will suit the needs of the family. It's so hard on the family and the kids when a nanny doesn't work out, and Careworks has some great tools to find out what will work for you. They administer personality tests to the parents and the potential nanny to make sure that your personalities are compatible. This test works out great. They are a bit expensive (about a month of the nanny's salary) but the time they take to match you up with a good nanny is priceless.
