I would really recommend Dr.Sutherland because the appointments are quick and easy and painless they have a easy check in computer and the nice staff members choose out your next appointment that fits in your schedule. Also they explain to you what changes are happening to your teeth and whats to be done next. This why i made my choice to go to Smiles By Sutherland.

Dr. Sutherland and staff are great. My son just
started treatment with the Damon System.Zach was

My daughter is just starting the orthodontic process. She is not the biggest fan of going in for dental procedures so starting this really worried me. But, the staff has been so caring and supportive. When she had her sagittal expander put in today it was such a non-event. It was such a relief! Personally, I love it how the staff is so accommodating by answering any and all the questions I have. I feel like we have found the perfect fit for our family.

I love to go to the orthodontist although its painful to have braces after having at least 10 other things before braces o lobe the atmosphere and the employees they are very kind and loving. Its a great christian office for anyone...

I purchased the Damon System from Dr. Sutherland. Every time I went into their office for my check up all of the staff members were very friendly and nice. I always looked forward for my next check ups. I think that the Damon System is a very good deal because nice straight teeth are worth it in the long run. I will recommend them to anyone that is thinking about getting braces. Some tips i would give to other customers is to go to all of your scheduled appointments and be sure to brush your teeth regularly.

We went to a couple different orthos and I let my son pick and he said he wanted to go here. He really liked the office staff and I liked them too! We would definitely refer others to this office. They also have a great incentive program for the kids.

Dr. Sutherland's orthodontia clinic has to be, in my opinion, the best in Washington. The atmosphere is great and the amount of entertainment it has is amazing! Its employees are nice and always ready to answer a question. The establishment is beautifully decorated and well run. I highly recommend it.

The staff at Dr. Sutherland's office were professional and courteous. Their patience as I mulled over the financial ramifications of paying for braces, was greatly appreciated. In fact it was because of their patient approach that I have been able to be in full support of making the financial commitment to go down the road of getting my daughter braces. Although their office is very efficient, I did not feel pressured to "sign on the line" at any time. I highly recommend them for anyone considering this avenue.

Dr. Sutherland was a great orthodontist who always got me in at a great time. I have had an expander, a tongue re-trainer, a bite plate, and now I have braces. He is great the staff is great and I would totally recommend him to any one looking for an orthodontist.

You know you're getting good service when you're sad to no longer see the people. I just recently got my braces off and I was very sad to know I won't see anyone for a year :( They were extremely helpful and funny and I'm happy I was able to go to Dr. Sutherland's office. His orthodontic assistant, Jeannie is soooooo funny! I love her. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sutherland for your orthodontic purposes! :)

I have been goin to Dr. Sutherland for a year and have so far had great results. The staff is always kind and doing there best to help you. Plus, in the waiting room, there is a X-Box and a Wii to keep you entertained while you are waiting.

Along with amazing results they also have a very cool office and extremely nice staff. The office has a gamecube and a wii so your little bros and sisters are entertained while your getting worked on by a nice staff.Also if your getting braces or some othor applience thare's a big color selection, and if your dentis says you did a good job of brushing your teeth (i guess for kids only) you can get like a t-shirt or a fm radio. This is by far the best ortho place ive ever been to.one more thing, in the office they have a tv that shows what diffrent appiences do and the before and afters of kids and adults mouthes

I'm 12 and I've been going to Dr. Sutherland since I was 8 1/2. I will be getting braces in a few months, but have already had several appliances and my smile looks alot better. Everyone in his office is very nice, including Dr. Sutherland. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sutherland.

At the beginning of my treatment it was eminent that I was to need jaw surgery costing around $20,000. I get my bands off tomorrow and my bite is corrected, I am so thankful for the experiences I have had with Dr. Sutherlands office. No need for jaw surgery! Dr. Sutherland stuck with me all the way. I recommend Dr. Sutherland to anyone looking into getting braces.

Take a 40-something business professional; add a mix of public speaking and professional networking - then consider those once slightly crooked teeth that continued their wayward path for more years than you care to remember. That's where I came to know Dr. Sutherland and his office family.

I say office family because they really are! A lot of businesses advertise their family environment and team spirit, but Dr. Sutherlands Smiles By Sutherland office staff truly is working as a team, and does so in the spirit of caring that is unmatched in customer service and care!

Its almost shocking to know that the words customer and service still have meaning in these times of rush here, hurry there, and fit it in schedules.

When was the last time someone asked you if there was anything else they could do for you and actually meant it? Well, it happens every time I visit Dr. Sutherlands office. And its not just the staff Dr. Sutherland actually takes the time to understand your special needs and concerns, addressing them through a well defined treatment plan that is shared with the entire team. Its as if they all become part of your personal treatment process.

I wish I had the luxury of addressing my dental alignment issues at an early age; but that didnt happen! And when looking at the option of wearing braces, I wanted something that worked for me. I wanted to know that the solution I chose would fit my life and lifestyle. For me it was Invisalign. The cost and time in treatment were about the same as regular braces and, after only a minor refinement at end of the originally estimated treatment program, I now have the smile I always wanted. And the best part I have it for the rest of my life!

There is one other thing I came away with at the end of my treatment a new family of friends at Smiles by Sutherland.

So - how do you rate an experience like this? The answerway beyond the 5 stars this site allows!!!!

I first encountered Dr. Sutherland about 10 yrs ago as a referral from my Dentist. They said my daughter had an overbite and needed braces, Dr. Sutherland said different! She has a beautiful set of teeth at 21 yrs old now. So when my sons front teeth started coming in crooked, I took him to only ONE Ortho man...you know who. He fixed my son up with an apparatus that fixed his front teeth in no time. Dr. Sutherland continued to have my son back for checkups to see how he was progressing. Now that he is ready for braces (11 yrs) I didn't even consider taking him anywhere else. I figure if Dr. Sutherland could be honest enough to decline putting braces on one of my children, he would be honest enough to do the right thing with my other child AND he does WONDERFUL work.

I have been going to Dr. Sutherland's office for a long time. Since I was little. I always feel very comfortable there. I have many different types of mouth pieces and they never hurt. When I got braces they hurt a little at first and for about a week after the first tightening, but now i have had them tightened three more times and they never hurt anymore. This place does wonderful work.

We have only been with Dr. Sutherland's office for about 3 months now but we have been so pleased with the experience so far. Before meeting him, we had met with 3 other orthodontists and we knew right away that Dr. Sutherland was the orthodontist for us. He was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions without falter. Everyone is his staff that we've met so far has been extremely helpful and polite! They always have a smile on their face, even over the phone!!!! :) I appreciate their professionalism and kindness and we will definately recommend his office to anyone in need of orthodontics!

Dr. Sutherlands staff is caring and respectful and answers all of my questions. Their advice is the best you can get and I always use it. My teeth are looking wonderful and now I actually like my own smile! My parents say that the waiting room has a living room theme and it makes them feel at ease and relaxed. I always enjoy going to my appointments because im always greeted with a smile and I always leave with a smile.

We've been so happy and impressed with Dr. Sutherland's office. Both our children have been treated there, and our experience has always been top notch. The professionalism and kindness of the entire staff demonstrates their commitment to the quality of care provided. The philosophy at work there means our kids will get the best treatment available for their long term oral health.

I love the way they empower the kids to own the responsibility for their treatment, appointments, appliances, etc. We also love the high tech aspects of Dr. Sutherland's office. His website is wonderful; we also appreciate the email reminders of appoitments.

Three out of four of our family members have gone to Dr. Sutherlands. My two kids have been through the first phase of orthodontia and my husband is currently wearing braces to correct a cross bite that could have ended in crowns for all of his teeth or jaw surgery without treatment. He is doing very well. It looks like he will be able to avoid surgery. As far as the kids, it was recommended by the dentist and by Dr. Sutherland that they have treatment in two phases, the first phase to bring out the jaw and widen the pallette with the hope that they wouldn't need braces, that thier teeth would come in straight. Of course this did not happen, and after seeing what Doctor Sutherland can do in just one phase with an adult I rather wish that we would have waited and just done one phase. We would have saved a considerable amount of money. So I guess the four star rating is just because of cost and confusion about the two phases of treatment. I am not sure that two phases were totally necessary.

I had my teeth fixed by Dr. Sutherland and he did an incredible job. I couldn't believe he was able to give me perfectly straight teeth without pulling any out. The staff and all are fabulous and very understanding and easy to talk to. I always appreciated there friendly and generous attitude. We have been coming to see Dr. Sutherland for the last 7 years. My daughter has had MANY appliances and has loved showing up for appts to show the girls how well she's doing. She just got braces on today and is sore, but is flashing a bright and shiny smile alot already. Dr. Sutherland and his staff provide the best customer service that I have seen in a long time. I am an adult patient, and was a little nervous at first about starting my treatment. Dr Sutherland and his staff were great about making me comfortable and at ease. They are always great about getting me into my appointment on time (Which is awesome since I go before work) and very helpful in explaining how the insurance works, ect. They always explain every adjustment before they do it. I will always recommend them to anyone I know might need their services!

My daughter Sydney got her braces on in March and I could tell this was a GREAT from the day of our orientation. She is kinda shy, but Lona made her feel at ease and Dr. Sutherland assured her that they were going to give her a beautiful smile.
They have been so wonderful and the atmosphere in the office is warm. I love the scriptures on the wall and on every appt card.

I would recommend Dr Sutherland to all my friends and family.

I feel very comfortable taking my children to their appointments at Dr. Sutherland's office. The staff is warm and friendly and always eager to answer any questions or address any concerns without making you feel as if you are an inconvenience. Both of my children have and are receiving excellent orthodontic care. My son recently got his braces off and his teeth look amazing. He is proud to show off his smile.

From the moment we walked into the office we felt totally at ease. The staff was welcoming, efficient and we love how they make every patient and family member feel like they are number one. It surprises me how they seem to know us all by name. The people here are professional and friendly. My dentist recommended me to Dr. Sutherland and I am extremely thankful. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes in the lobby and even the procedures are very fast. They have games video games in the lobby for the kids and beautiful fountains inside and out. I would recommend Dr. Sutherland to anyone seeking a perfect smile.

Dr. Sutherland's has scheduling down to a T. I have never waited more than five minutes in the three years my son has received treatment. His appointments have never gone over the scheduled time and they have even been able to squeeze him in the same day on emergency basis. We've had our share of wires coming loose. The staff has always been very understanding and patient with my son.
They offer a very affordable payment plan for those of us without orthodontia insurance. As well as providing an entertaining waiting area with clean toys, a WII, and Game Cube with non-violent games. I have waited there with three children under the age of 5 while my son was being seen. All the while, all three were entertained.
The office is very clean, yet has the inviting filling of a home. The staff and Dr. Sutherland are all very friendly which make us all feel comfortable.
I have and still do recommend him to friends, family, and strangers.

Dr. Sutherlands office is great. It was always clean, organized and professional there. The staff is so friendly. I would recommend to anyone to go to Dr. Sutherland for any orthodontic needs.

I have been referred by a family friend. I feel very grateful to have been referred to Dr. Sutherland, not only is the staff nice, but also very explanatory. I had a lot of questions and I feel they cared a great deal to address all my concerns! I would whole heartedly recommend Dr. Sutherland to anyone who is looking for orthodontic treatment

This office and staff is the best!!! they are so friendly and they are caring. They respond to your needs as if they were their own. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to my friends and family. I am proud to call them my orthodontics office.

Dr Sutherland has provided ortho care for all three of my children. They each loved going to the office and their smiles are amazing! I recommend his to all of my family and friends. If you are looking for an orthodontist, look no further, Sutherland's the best.

Doctor Sutherlands office rocks! I've been going there for about a year now, and everytime i go i feel welcome and I'm never nervous. They have a Wii in the waiting room =] Its pretty bomb. They send me gifts when i get something new and sometimes a little painful put on my braces. I feel like what their doing is really working and i would definately reccoment them to others.

I have had a wonderful experience with all the people I have had to work with on my teeth. When I had my first appointment I was a little nervous but afterwards I felt confident about what was about to happen! I would recommend SBS to anyone who was thinking about orthodontics because of these reasons.

Three out of four of my children (the last child is not quite old enough yet), as well as my husband, have received exemplary treatment at Dr. Sutherland's. The staff is the best around! They are friendly, courteous, helpful and always seem to have time and interest to answer any and all of our questions. Dr. Sutherland himself is professional and kind. My son had the wonderful opportunity to job shadow Dr. Sutherland. He was so impressed with his experience that he is inspired to be an orthodontist! I would highly recommend Dr. Sutherland for orthodontic treatment. Thank you, Dr. Sutherland and staff!!

Both of our children have had the opportunity to experience Dr. Sutherland's Office. The number one reason we choose Dr. Sutherland's Office was due to the fact that they are a Christian Orthodontist Office. This is important to our family and our family values. Both of my kids have gone to Dr. Sutherland. What a wonderful, caring man. The staff is extremely nice. It is a fun place to go. They are the best and my kids teeth look fantastic!

Both of my children had their braces done at Dr. Sutherland's office & their teeth look great. The staff is very personable and knowledgeable. The financial department, the scheduling, the technicians and the doctor himself really take the time to listen and help with any problems that may come up. Also, Dr. Sutherland uses the absolute latest orthodontic technology along with his many years of experience. An added bonus is the Wii, GameCube and several Gameboys to keep the kids entertained while they wait! They also have several drawings for really great prizes throughout the year and a good brushing incentive program.

I would recommend Dr. Sutherland to anyone looking for Othodontic services. He is very professional, his staff is very knowlegeble and caring. His office is a very warm welcoming environment. My son loves the video games in the waiting area.

I also appreciate that he is very involved with the community, schools and helping those who are less fortunate.

My daughter has completed a full treatment in Dr. Sutherland's office and my son is in his first year. I am very pleased with the treatment and the results they both have gotten. Dr. Sutherland is very good with children. All of his office staff is pleasant and helpful. We always leave the office feeling lifted. If you are looking for a professional package Dr. Sutherland and his office would be the place for you.

Dr. Sutherland and his office epitomize what a professional, competent team should be.

The care, communication, and professionalism have been applied to both of my children. My son had some especially demanding orthodonture; I am not sure a less skilled practitioner would have met his needs.

Dr. Sutherland and his entire staff are very professional, and extremely friendly. Every one of them knows their job extremely well and the wait times are very minimal. We are always in and out with no delays. My daughter actually looks forward to her orthodontist visit, which is a huge bonus!

We have had four boys go through orthodontic treatment with Dr. Sutherland and have been completely satifsfied with his service, treatment and staff. The staff is well-trained in their jobs and eager to answer any questions quickly. My favorite thing about their office besides having four boys with beautiful smiles is the way they handle the appts. They tell you about how long each appt. should last and we are almost always in and out at that time. I think this communicates a great respect for their customers and that is hard to find in the medical community. I would recommend Dr. Sutherland for anyone needing orthodontic care

Absolutely terrific, the staff knows our name and is very kind to all. They have a nice warm and welcoming office, just like the staff smiles. They have activities to keep the kids busy while they have to wait and they get the job done fast. I am very satisfied with their office and office staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Sutherland's services to anyone. :)

Dr. Sutherland has a great office, nice set up and friendly staff. Lots to keep the kids occupied while waiting for their appointment or next process. Prices are equitable with other orthodontists.
