This family knows how to cook! Try the pesto chicken pasta and you will not go away unhappy....The pizza's are also scrumptious.
4Small town italian restaurant. Owner's prepare great italian fare at decent prices. Great place to go to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and have a wonderful meal.
4This little restaurant has become a family favorite. They have good Italian/Greek dinners for a reasonable price. It is the wait staff and cook that keep us coming back, they are friendly and personable. The only drawback can be on those nights when most of north Seattle has found them as well, often associated with UW events.

My best friend and I were on our way to visit another restaurant when we drove by Santorini's and decided to give it a try. Bad Idea. We stepped inside the front door and waited patiently for someone to seat us. Two more couples came in behind us and, of course, the wait staff jumped at the opportunity to seat them. After finally asking a waitress that we would like to be seated, we were seated with no apologies for waiting or anything. The staff was so rude the entire meal. As for the food, who the hell serves food (at decent prices) on STYROFOAM PLATES?? Are you kidding me?? Nothing impressive. Extremely unpleasant visit with frozen food severly lacking freshness. It took forever to get the check. I've never not left a tip at a restaurant ever and this was the only time I ever have. I don't know what their issues were (something against poor college students?) but I certainly never planning on returning and I would never recommend it (even the food was bleh) to anyone.

Pros: zero
Cons: Lack of parking, RUDE STAFF, bland food, styrofoam plates (?)
The tortellini with chicken is amazing.. the pizza mediocre and the place is hard to sit in so get take out. HIghly recommend that tortellini GET IT.

Pros: parking& tortellini
Cons: pizza & atmosphere
Santorini's is hidden, except to the locals and everyone should know about it! They have the best pasta, pizza...everything. I admit I only eat the tortellini because it is so good, but i occassionally trick friends into ordering something else so i can try their's! The staff seems to be the owners and it's so nice to see a family working together and seem so happy! The ambience could use a little help but when the food is that good and the service is that good...and when it's affordable, who cares!

Pros: price, food, service
Cons: ambience, but not that big of a deal
I've really liked all the dishes I've tried, it's afordable, and the owners/staff treat you very nicely -- particularly if you are a regular. I like the nice move of occasionally giving out a free glass of wine if there's a wait. It's also nice not to have to dress up.

Regular customers are greeted with warmth and affection. Wine is offered while waiting for seating. Staff is all friendly and pleasant, even under pressure. Who needs mood lighting and color when the food is great and you are made to feel welcome!?!

I moved to Lake City about five years ago, and ever since then I've been frequenting this small, family run joint. Not only does this family offer a freindly atmosphere, but also they have offered us a fantastic menu, complete with 'normal' italian fare such as fettuccini Alfredo, but also more unique dishes (try the Hylopetes with clams). The pizza is pretty good as well.

They make a good (maybe even great) pizza. Excellent crust, rich sauce, all the favorite toppings, but the ambience doesn't match. I'd rather see some warmer colors, a little less light, and some better music. Service was good, salad was OK, the place just didn't feel comfortable to us.

We have finally found good pizza in Seattle. After looking long and hard for a good pizza and pasta parlor, Santorini is it. Small little place with good ambiance, the pasta smells divine, we're dying to go back to try it. The pizza crust was perfectly done, thicker than traditional NY pizza, but thinner than Chicago. A good selection of toppings.
