These money-hungry, greedy property managers will suck you dry. If you don't want to regret it, save yourself the trouble and rent elsewhere. I rented there for 3 noisy years (walls are paperthin, construction from the break of dawn), not to mention creepy neighbors and cars in the garage constantly being broken into. After I decided to move out they made up all sorts of false allegations about the state of my apartment to try to squeeze more money out of me, despite having a walk-through where they said it looked fine. \r\n\r\nThey charged me for ""red stains"" on a part of the carpet that was covered for 3 years by a beige sectional sofa. I went back to see the carpet as I didn't believe them and no one, including the staff, could see any stains. \r\n\r\nThey are immoral liars and try to meet their numbers by lying - if you are looking for an unethical management office, this is the place for you. If you are looking for a loud place where you will get minimal sleep, this is the place for you. If you are looking to spend more money than the place is worth, this is the place is for you. \r\n\r\nIf you want to live in downtown Bellevue, there are much better places to live where they won't cheat you. The two top recommended ones are:\r\n\r\n1) Belcarra (this place is amazing, quiet, has lower rent, better management and a gorgeous common area)\r\n\r\n2)Avalon (great management, conveniently located over Safeway)\r\n\r\nMake sure you don't regret your choice - avoid Amli at Bellevue Park at all costs!!!\r\n

This is a multi-store apartment complex in Bellevue on 100th Ave and Main St. It is pretty nice and upsacle, although very expensive. I lived there for a month when I had to use it as temporary housing. I had a two-bedroom furnished apartment. It was nice and roomy. Kitchen was open to the leaving/dining room. The appliences were nice and new. Each bedroom was on a different size of the living room with its own bathroom - that makes it very nice for either roommates, or people that have guests visiting. Since the bedrooms aren't side-by-side, once person (couple) wouldn't be disturbing the other. The aparment complex has an underground parcking garage with gated access (you swipe your card to enter/exit garage), and you can even watch garage security cameras on your TV, which is kinda cool. There are elevators to get upstairs from the garage or lobby, and then fully enclosed hallways to get to your apartment. The only drawback of that that we had someone in our hallway whose apartment smelled of some nasty fish all the time, so you couldn't take a breath walking to your apartment or back to the elevator. They do have garbage shoots on every floor, which is kinda nice. They also have fairly fully features gym in the basement - cardio, weights, machines, even an indoor swimming pool. They also have a couple of nice gimmicks, e.g. free breakfast on some days, free DVD rentals at the leasing office (they refresh those periodically), free resident picknic/get together parties, etc. The only problem with the place is the price. They quoted us over $1500 for the 2-bedroom place where we stayed for a month, so we found something cheaper that's almost as nice (Jefferson at Marymoor).

PROS: Nice new place, good location, lots of amenities - gym, pool, etc.
CONS: Very expensive, some smells in the enclosed hallways from neighbours
