Outstanding service, the staff at Pello Bellagio exceeded my expecations and more. Especially since I was being a bit high maintenance. After using their convenient and easy online booking service there was some concern over the selection of my stylist. Seemingly, based on the stylists bios Jason has the least experience. Not true whatsoever and I have the hair to prove it! Lisa phoned me herself to provide more clarity and reasssurance of the stylist she chose based on my needs listed. You will receive true personalization from salon Pello Bellagio. The kind of personalization that comes from years of experience. Not the textbook BS you receive you'll get at 7, they might as well not even ask you what you want done there, UGH.

Since my move to Bellevue i've found it difficult to find a decent stylist for a moderate price.Jason goes beyond decent, that boy can work some magic with those scissors. His cuts are way stylish and oh so chic.
Not to mention the dude was hillarious. His booming larger than life personality shook away any anxiety or awkwardness that comes with seeing a new stylist.. I hate it when stylist force small talk on you. Awkward right? Jason wasn't pushy at all. All in all I highly recommend Jason, extraordinary stylist he's sure to please you.

I have been a client of Salon Pello Bellagio for a little over a year now. I have worked with Lisa, Jason and Robert and they are all excellent stylists! My friends, family and co-workers always comment on my hair. When I call I am usually able to see someone the next day. I had been with the same stylist for more than 15 years when it finally occurred to me that the new style I was looking for was never going to happen. I did a web search for a master hair stylist and fourd Lisa and Salon Pello Bellagio. That's when my life changed for the better! Lisa is herself stylish and is a wonder with cut and color. She is single handedly responsible for transporting me from the 70's to the 21st century by giving me a hairstyle that is up to date, low maintenance and age-appropriate. I receive many compliments on my hair, not to mention how much younger I look. Lisa and her staff are kind and amiable. I always look forward to my time at the salon because it is always a pleasant experience, and I walk out looking and feeling great!

I'm sure others will tell you the staff of Pello Bellagio is both professional and personable. But, what they may not tell you is that having your hair done here will improve the quality of your life. Your friends will like you more. People will find you more attractive. Your workplace quarrels will be resolved. And you'll probably lose weight. --- I stumbled upon Pello Bellagio while googling a place to help me donate my hair to Locks of Love. I gave them a call and had an appointment made for later that afternoon. With the haircut being complementary I expected little more than to just get a simple buzz cut. However, I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a real hair cut that looked terrific. My friends and coworkers all agreed (after getting over the shock of seeing all of my long hair gone) that my new haircut looked great. And the ladies seem to like it a lot as well.

I have been client of Lisa's for the past 6 years and I can honestly say no one does it better. Lisa has a great way of making people feel comfortable the minute you walk in whether you are a first time client or long time client. I am always impressed with the way she makes a walk in with a question a future customer, she does a great job listening to customers and making suggestions and stands behind her salon and her products. I have lost count of the number of times that I have been stopped by men and women who compliment me on my natural looking red hair...all thanks to Jason of Salon Pello Bellagio. Not only is he an exceptional hair colorist but he also has a unique sense of style. Jason doesn't just cut hair but creates individual styles that enhance a person's image and works with their lifestyle. He has taken me from ho-hum to hip and I would follow him anywhere. I met Jason by chance when I decided to try out a new salon. He is amazing!! I have curly blah hair and I've hated it my whole life so I used to wear it in a ponytail every single day. Jason cut it so that I love it and there are no more ponytails! He also changes the color every time I go in. I always tell him he can do whatever he wants (usually kind of a risk!) and he always makes it look amazing. He has the skill and the training to know what will look good and what won't. He is so good that I live in Lake Stevens and drive all the way down to Bellevue so he can cut my hair! He's the best!

Jason, otherwise known as Beetle, is a phenomenal stylist. He greeted with a warm attitude, and made me feel very welcome. Honestly, I wasn't sure who I would trust with my hair after the last salon I visited (not mentioning it here), but let me tell you, he knows how to treat you, find out what you expect, and make recomendations based on his many years of color technique and application. Come to find out he is Bumble and Bumble trained, and the salon sells the products he proudly recommends to maintain the new style he gave me. If you are looking for a quaint, relaxing atmosphere to have some one on one time with a stylist who really cares, you should call and ask for him by name, Beetle. In one word, he is phenomenal. Color is his forte', and he is excellent with cutting long hair or short. One visit and you will go nowhere else, and have a friend, and stylist for life.

After my first haircut from Robert at Salon Bellagio, I knew that he was the stylist for me! Robert is a great listener, he really took time to understand what I wanted from a hair cut and how my hair worked. The best part is he gives wonderful shampoos and scalp massages! I have recommended so many of my friends to him. He can cut all types of hair and he does a fabulous job with coloring. Great personality and very friendly, all around a great time at the salon.

I have been going to this salon since it opened over 8 years ago. Since I have naturally curly hair, that is really saying something. Few people understand curly hair and get it right, but Lisa does. I can let it dry naturally or dry it out straight (or anything in between). Lisa always asks up front where you want to go - just a trim, grow it out, cut if off - or, as I often do -tell her to do what she thinks best. And I like the results! Lisa will suggest changes at times, such as highlights, deep conditioning, and these are always well timed. The atmosphere in the salon is friendly and comfortable. I highly recommend it!

I just got my hair done at Salon Pello Bellagio. My stylist was Robert and the second I walked in and got his attention I knew that he was the stylist I was looking for. He let me tell him about my hair and then he asked questions. He told me what he would like to do and I couldn't agree more. It sounded just great.
At the end I loved the colors and the way my hair moved. You don't think that hair can move? Yes it can!

I've been a client for the last year and 1/2 and my hair has never been healthier. Lisa, the owner , is wonderful. She's got a very warm personality, and really knows the best styles for your type of hair. She's provided me with alot of tips on how best to care for my hair, and really took her time to show me how to style it so it looks its best. There were never any high pressure sales in purchasing products, and she's always very attentive to make you feel comfortable.

I like to grow my hair out and give it to Locks of Love or the Pantene Pro-V donation program. I saw online that Salon Pello Bellagio supported Locks of Love, and asked if they'd honor the Pantene Pro-V program as well, as less hair length is required. They said yes, and I setup an appointment for the next day.

Lisa (the owner) was my stylist. She asked me what kind of cut I wanted, and I told her to do as she pleased. She said this was great for her, and I told her I was glad to be her canvas. She did a fantastic job in giving me a cut which was short, yet with significant style. My wife was especially pleased. As well, they completely covered sending my hair out to the donation program (in this instance, Locks of Love). Talk about a great service to the public, and to those in need.

Lisa's staff represents her very well, and you can see her influence on them. Wrt parking, I thought it was quite easy to park directly across the street @ Bell Square's SW lot. If a parking attendant does hassle you, just inform them that you don't have to shop at the Square (I'm sure they'll get a clue...).

I plan to keep the hair shorter and styled for the foreseeable future, and Salon Pello Bellagio will be my choice for hair "do's". Lisa, thanks for the great experience.

I've been going to Salon Pello Bellagio since it opened. They hooked me with a package and I've been going ever since (8+ years!!). The people are wonderful, the salon is cute, and they stylists know what they are doing. This salon was the first place I felt completely comfortable with them doing my hair, both cutting and highlight to suit my coloring and age. They do continuing education and are always up with the trends and the latest technology in cutting, products, and coloring. They have consistently been able to satisfy me even when I don't know what I want, somehow they always pull through and make it perfect. They are wonderful

I have been going to Lisa (the owner/operator) of Salon Pello Bellagio for 2.5 years now and she has done an outstanding job with my hair. It is in much better shape than it was before b/c she has recommended the right products to make it healthy. She also is great at giving me fashionable haircuts that aren't contrary to my age/personality/style. She guides you but doesn't pressure you - I love that!

The salon is very cozy and they play great music. The other people that work there are very nice but I have not used anyone else to cut my hair. It is a very warm, comfortable environment. I can tell that most clients are long time regulars that are very loyal to Lisa and her staff.

I would most definitely recommend this salon. It is not a hair factory like some of the other salons around town and they take the time to give you very personalized, individual attention.

Where do you go when you aren"t feeling very attractive after a devasting round of chemotherapy that has left you with alien hair growing in and not much left in the way of emotional stability? This was my story three years ago. It is through the expertise, gentle hands, and overwhelming committment to do their best for every client that the highly professional staff at the Bellagio turned me from a cancer survivor to a thriver. I continue to cherish my appointments . The ambience and atmoshere at the salon takes me away from the everyday streses o home and a professional career. If i only i could go there everyday have a wonderful shampoo and a cup of tea listening to the soothing music.........if i win the lottery this will definitely be on my list. Each member of the Bellagio team is highly skilled in all aspects of cut and color. They are continually taking classes so that they can provide the latest in hair care and style. It is a Bellevue gem!

I am a cancer patient, new to the area, had just lost my hair and had a wig that looked terrible. I was in a panic, called Lisa who had me come in within the hour. Cathy cut and styled the wig and it looked fantastic. They were kind, taught me what to do with the wig, and very nice. The wig looked fabulous when I left the salon. I will definitely become a client when my hair returns. I have been to all the "famous" Beverly Hills salons, and this one had better service and my hair looked better without the "attitude"!

Lisa was awesome. My hair is very difficult to work with and I've pretty much destroyed it over the last couple of years. She sat me down and told me what she could do, what not to do and gave me a list of products she would reccomend for my hair. She even through in a complimentary styling lotion. When we had our conversations it wasn't forced. I actually liked talking with her. My hair turned out fantastic!! Much better than I had thought it would be. We discussed different styles and she told me what type of style would look best with my body, face and skin type. I would highly recommend this salon and Lisa to ANYONE!

I know it?s hard to find a good beauty salon, but I am so happy that I found Salon Pello Bellagio. Because it?s a small salon I feel I am with friends and not another client. Lisa is great, she listens to what I want but at the same time she is creative and so patience. I have very curly hair, and it?s really hard to have a nice hair cut. For the first time ever, I have a great hair cut and an amazing hair color. Besides her great personality, I feel I can trust Lisa 100% in whatever she is doing. I have had a hard time finding someone who can do my hair well - Now I finally found someone. Lisa is great - she took her time with me. She listened to what I had to say and then she gave me her opinion. I didn't feel like she was rushing. She really made sure my hair was perfect before I left. I love the color and the cut. Salon Pello Bellagio is a breath of fresh air; with friendly down to earth service. No stuffy pretenses. Now let's get to the hair. I've never been more happy with my hair color and hair cut. They really listen to you. I went in for corrective coloring and hair cut. When I left, I felt like a movie star. I looked fantastic and received tons of compliments! A month back I was getting ready to head out of state with some friends and I had decided that I needed a haircut and color. I went to another salon and got the hair colored and then while talking to the stylist a HUGE misscommunication happened and I wound up getting my shoulder length hair whacked off to nothing. She decdided to do an inverted bob haircut, which wouldve been all fine and dandy if I had asked for it and if she had done it straight and not crappy. I paid for my services and while walking to my car I started bawling.
I got home and immediatly grabbed the phone book to find any salon that would do hair extentions, I didn't care how much it would cost me, I just wanted my hair back! Half an hour later after calling everywhere and breaking down into tears with every person I called I finally found Pello Bellagio and Lisa. She was the most caring person to talk to. She told me to come in and that we would find something to do with my hair... extensions, cutting it to look nicer, just something.
I headed out there and I was dead set on getting my hair back, so we put in the extensions and they looked good. I took quite a bit of their product that they had on hand, but Lisa was patiet and very understanding.
I would highly recommend this salon to anyone! I will forever be in debt to the person who made me feel better about myself that day!

They do magic at Salon Pello Bellagio. I made the mistake of using a store bought product to cover those pesky grays. Ouch! It dried my hair making it frizzy and unmanageable. I was certain that a short hair cut was the only way to get rid of the ugly damage. Not so -- Lisa treated my hair with professional products and created "natural highlights" with a glossy, healthy look. With just a little trim, my hair looks and feels shiny and healthy, again. No more color in the box for me. I'll be back at Salon Pello Bellagio for my next color and trim!

If I lived in Washington, I'd go out of my way to have my hair styled regularly by Lisa at Salon Pello Bellagio. I was in town only a few days, with time on my hands during my husband's business conferences, so I decided to have my own personal "spa day." The one thing I knew I wanted was a new hairstyle, so I did a web search for salons within walking distance of my hotel. The reviews for Salon Pello Bellagio were outstanding. I was in luck. Not only did I get a same-day appointment, it was with Lisa, the owner, herself. She took time to find out what I liked and didn't like about my hair, how I usually styled it, and coupled that with her years of experience to design a hairstyle I LOVE, and can manage mySELF. She recommended products to thicken my fine hair, and took into consideration my inability to use a hair dryer AND a brush simultaneously. THANK YOU, Lisa. I wish you could do my hair on a regular basis!

I just had my hair highlighted by Lisa and love it. I have recently tried several beauticians, some of them in very high end salons, and was frustrated with the color and look of my hair. Lisa really listened, and asked the right questions. I was looking for someone who both listens to me, and then adds her own creative and artistic eye to my hair and Lisa does both. She went step by step on how to 'do' my hair, the correct way to dry it, what products to use and how to get it to look great. It was incredibly helpful. I'm excited to schedule a haircut now.

Well, to make a very long story short, Lisa has made another persons horrible mistake turn into an AMAZING experience! I had gone to another salon, and she did a terrible job, and after many tears, I found Lisa and she fixed my hair with flying colors! Her salon is the classiest little Italian style boutique. She gave me constant attention, and was passionate and considerate my entire visit. I am new to Washington, and I have found my sylist! I highly recommend Salon Pello Bellagio, and Lisa. A small, professional space with no pressures or pretense. Great service...treated me like I have been a million times before and like the first time all in one. Cathy took time to talk with me and discuss what I wanted and offered her professional opinion as well. Also the stylists arent afraid to consult with one another and share each others expertise. Large salon quality with small salon personality and comfort.
I just moved here from Boston and have been to the best and I think I found my new salon!!!!

I went to Salon Pello Bellagio and had Robert style and color my hair. I gave him a lot of creative freedom after telling him my color preferences and that I was trying to grow my hair longer. My husband usually doesn't notice when I do something different to my hair. When I got home, he immediately noticed and commented on how much he liked it. He said he usually didn't care for the styles I've had in the past, but this one was a winner. Thanks Robert! I'll definitely be back!!

Pello Bellagio is simply a top notch boutique salon and a great alternative to the chain shops littered all around Bellevue (G.J., Seven, etc.). The owner Lisa and the other stylists are all very nice and are VERY good at what they do. Pello Bellagio has a great warm feel and is really easy to get to (right next to Bellevue Square). Also, as a guy who just needs a simple trim once a month or so, it is nice to have a place like this that seems to care about my business just as much as the woman next to me getting extentions, coloring, etc. Ladies, bring your husbands/boyfriends... They'll thank you later.

I wanted a new hairstyle, but I had no idea what would be good for me, and I hadn't had my hair cut in over 2 years, so I got on city search and checked out the places with the best reviews. Salon Pello Bellagio had some of the highest reviews so, although it was a bit out of the way for me, I called and made an appointment. I was pleased to find that they work into the evening, so I went a few days later, right after work.

Cathy, my stylist, asked probing questions about how I normally wear my hair, what sort of style I'm looking for, what I liked and didn't like about my current style, etc. We talked about it until I felt confident I knew what I wanted, then I let her get to work.

She cut my hair with a style no one had ever used before, and it made me wonder why others didn't. She actually cut my curly hair like I had curly hair ~ what a concept. Most stylists hold it out straight and cut it across, which, when layered, is kinda....ugh... because the layers are so obvious. She sort of cut it that way, but did other things to make the transition between layers smoother. She also let my hair air dry, which is what I always do, to make sure it looked as good dry as it did wet. When we were done, my mom suggested I cut my hair a few inches shorter, and I kind of wanted to, but I wasn't sure because I hadn't had the new style for more than 10 minutes and I wanted to try it out, so I said no it's fine, if I want it cut shorter I'll come back. Cathy said that would be perfectly fine, she'd be happy to do a "touch-up" if needed.

All in all a very good experience. And, to top it all off, a few days later Cathy actually called me to ask how I liked my hair, and if I wanted to come back in to have those 2 inches cut off that I hadn't been sure about.

I don't know about you folks, but I've never been called by a stylist to see if I liked my hair... what great customer service!

I've been to Pello Bellagio numerous times now and cannot speak highly enough of both the staff and the quality of the cuts and color I have received there. Lisa (Owner and Manager) is especially caring, both because she has a warm and generous spirit and because she pays particular attention to pleasing every client. She has performed both cuts and highlights for me along with helping me with a difficult hair loss situation which involved the precision styling of a hairpiece (not an easy job). Not once did I feel uncomfortable.

Salon Pello Bellagio is an oasis for me and I have observed others there that obviously feel the same way (males also). Previous to finding Pello Bellagio I went to Gene Juarez in Southcenter and was really disappointed both in the treatment and the quality of service I received there. So as far as I'm concerned Pello Bellagio gets a 10!

Love my hair!! I went to Salon Pello Bellagio which is a cute little botique salon. My stylist that I saw was Cathy, she gave me a great consultation which she told me what would work best for my fine hair, as well as my facial features, head shape and my life style. She also suggested doing some color which would enhance the cut she wanted to give me. I decided to let her do her magic... She foiled my hair giving me a beautiful blonde with subtle low lights and then gave me a razor cut! My new style is so easy with fun attitude!! I feel like a million bucks! I have gotten so many compliments on my new look which is so easy for me, I just take my hair and dry it upside down, and it just falls into place. Now that's what I call great! Fast, easy and fun...
The atmosphere in the salon was very nice, clean and beautifully decorated. I felt very comfortable after going to so many other salons where I felt like I was never recongized. The stylist at the salon all send off a real good energy, that makes one feel right at home, and that I had been going there for years. Which I definetaly will be! I highly recomend this salon.. horrible experience, highly not recommended at all, very unhappy with services, and far to exspensive considering there was not even room to sit while I waited, for a 30 min. late stylist!
The bottle of water was good, though.
parking was also a nightmare, as I was acosted by the mall cops for parking acroos the salon, (only place to park).

This is the best salon for a teenagers cut! Robert, Lisa and Cathy are totally up to date on all the in styles and KNOW how to cut hair! I really recommend this salon. It is right across from the mall so easy to get to. Definently come here they know what they are doing.

Forget Obadiah, Gene Juarez, Salon Seven, and the rest of the snotty Eastside salons with talentless stylists that cater to snotty wannabe Eastside suburbanites who want big, obnoxious hair, too much makeup, and their cheap tracksuits and expensive handbags.

Salon Pello Bellagio's staff is VERY knowledgeable and VERY experienced. You would have to fly to New York or Chicago and find a well-trained old-fashioned barber or stylist to get your hair cut or styled as expertly as they do it here. Need a fix after you've had a bad perm or color from the aforementioned salons? This is the place to come. Feeling like your prom is the end-all-be-all of your high school experience and freaking out about getting your hair done? Or just want a basic, well-done haircut? You now know where to go.

No attitude here. You'll be welcomed and enjoy a relaxing time here and walk out looking like you just came back from New York but without having to make the trip!

I recently went in and some hair extensions done at Salon Pello Bellagio. Not only has it been the most fun thing Ive ever done but Robert the stylist who did it, did such an excellent job. He's very friendly and personable and quite good looking as well. I highly recommend this salon and him for any type of service you are looking for. The salon is in a great location as well as the ambience is second to none. The other stylist and staff are very friendly and the customer service and attention you recieve make you feel like they really care.

I only get my hair cut and colored at SALON PELLO BELAGIO by Cathy she is THE BEST! I have alot of hair and Cathy uses her razor to shape and style my do. Everyone there is nice and friendly. I am pretty conservative, but after 10+ years of fast-food haircuts and keeping pretty much the same style, it was time for a makeover. I called Pello Bellagio because of their high rating and made an appointment with Robert. He re-colored it a rich shade of chocolate brown, gave me a wonderful easy-to maintain cut, and highlighted it PERFECTLY. He, and the others I've obsered at this salon take the time to do a more than perfect job and you will receive the compliments. HIGHLY recommended.

I found Jason and Pello Bellagio by accident, the best accident Ive ever been in. I have always had the most difficult hair stringy, thick, limp. No hair stylist has ever been able to work with my hair or willing to keep it long. Then I found Jason. Jason keeps my hair beautifully long and chooses the best color for me. Ive never had so many compliments by both men and women ever. Thank you, Jason!

This is the best hair salon I have ever been to. The intimacy is just A+, no loud crowds. Lisa is an amazing stylist, the best one I ever had. I always had problems going back to my previous stylist, because I never felt as happy after the first time experience as I have at Pello Bellagio. Lisa treats me like a Queen every time I am in. and I can guarantee you that you will feel the same way.

My hair style, or rather lack thereof, was in desperate need of help. Lisa, the salon manager took my hair and transformed it into something of beauty! I loved the highlights that complement my skin tone, and the cut was so chic and sexy! I would highly recommend this salon overall. The Bumble styling products are fab and I of course recommend that you see Lisa for cut and color!
