If you like stepping in dog FECES when you walk any where , like the grass, the sidewalk, or even the parking lot then this place is for you.Obviously nobody cleans up after their dog or it wouldn't be EVERY PLACE ! The rent drop off box is a joke, a friend of mine put his checks in the slot, later that night they were stolen. The box is just a cheap metal box screwed to the wall . They told him someone used a coat hanger to get it. The check was washed and cashed at the local casino. The managment takes no responsibility for the checks or the safety of them. He has been batteling this since June of 2010. Today is 1-26- 2011.Then there is the noise. We have only been here since sept 2010 and have had to call the police 3 times since, because of the late night partying and loud music. Good luck finding a place to park, unless you pay for it, at an extra $35 per month. Would I recommend this place? NO! As it is, I have already helped 2 different renters decide to not move here.

We moved into these apartments because we needed to find a place to live fast, and they seemed decent enough. The first night we were there we discovered that the apartment was infested with fleas. Since we had already signed our lease, the management didn't really seem to care. They would not move us into another apartment. They did call the exterminator, but it really didn't help. We fought the problem for 2 months. Upon move out we were charged the "standard" carpet cleaning fee, even though it was left in better shape than when we moved in (without fleas).

The hours worked by the office staff made it difficult to get ahold of them. While we lived there, they closed early and were rarely open on Saturdays, even though they were supposed to be open. Don't bother leaving a message, because they will not return your calls.

Many of the other tenants are pretty questionable. Last month, for example, my wife was taking the garbage out and walked by a kid going into an apartment with a handgun stuffed in his shorts. There were several cars broken into in the 2 months that we lived there. This is a horrible neighborhood. If you want to feel safe where you live, this is not the complex for you.

We were supposedly in a "remodeled unit", but it only took a few days to realize how poorly much of the remodeling was done. The bathroom sink was almost rusted out but had just been covered up. It wore off after a few days, as did many spots in the bathtub. They just painted the countertops and fireplace tile, which chipped and scratched extremely easily. Our apartment was pretty quiet, which was nice. Parking was good most of the time. Occasionally it was tough to find a spot close to our unit.

Overall, I would not recommend living at CentrePointe Greens. I'm not sure how indicative this complex is of others owned by Holland Residential, but it might be a good idea to stay away from Holland all together.

I lived here for 2 years and just recently moved. Living there I saw the good, the bad and the ugly. Most of my time there I LOVED... In the end though I am very glad I moved out and I would never go back. In fact, in searching for a new place I immediately crossed anyone owned by Holland Residential off my list.

The good: Community is great, apartments are really nice especially for the area. I had a view of the golf course which was very pleasant to wake up to. I got to know my neighbors really well and you often forget you live just off of the "big bad Casino road".

The bad: You still do live off of the "big bad Casino road" and there is crime. In 2 years I had my car broken into twice. Cops frequent the parking lot often to serve warrants (I often checked the Everett police blotter). While I never saw anything shady I have heard many loud threatening arguments.

The Ugly: 2 words... "Holland Residential". They own the complex and they are very unwilling to budge on anything! They are great to work with until you sign your lease then they don't return your calls, loose your paperwork and at renewal time they drive a hard bargain with your new rent. Many of my neighbors moved around the time I did for that very reason.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone. I was a resident there for two years, when it was Deer Creek as well as when it was Centrepointe. The management is ridiculously corrupt, and never do anything to assist you with your problems. several times my vehicles were vandalized by my neighbors below me, and they did nothing about it. On three separate occasions i had attempted robberies against myself, my wife and a friend. They have little security, and a few occasions my wife caught people trying to pick the door lock while i was away on business. i couldn't even go take out my trash without carrying a pistol. i didn't receive any of my deposit back, even though the damage that was in my apartment for the most part was before i moved in and recorded. we also had bullet holes from negligent firearm discharges in our doors, ceiling and walls. I even found a .45 slug in the wall!! I definitely recommend you find a different apartment complex, this one is absolutely dangerous with unreliable management.

I had very different experiences than the others here. I never had a problem with parking, even though there was a limited amount of spaces. The daycare mentioned by others was never a problem. They are dog friendly and even had a fenced in dog park. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were always functional while I was there, and I enjoyed using them. They also have a fenced in basketball court. My dogs were very destructive, and even ripped up the carpet in one room and tore out the insulation under it. There were multiple stains from them as well. Upon moving, I received a good portion of my deposit back even after they saw the damage. This is a great place to live.

As with the other reviewers I had lots of problems with these people! I had neighbors caught on video harassing me and my service dog, nothing was ever fixed, and now they are coming after me for rent payment that they lost! The management refused to see my money order stubs, and claimed that I destroyed the walls and carpet. I would never recommend that anyone rent from these people. All they will do is harass you and when you do find a parking space, you will be kept awake all night by neighbors.

I had a similar experience that the previous poster wrote. The management staff was unprofessional. The maintinance people took three months to fix one of our toilets that was broken when we moved in. The didn't consider it a priority because we had another toilet. We paid for two bathrooms and couldn't even use one of them. There was never a conditions report filled out. My mom helped me clean it when we left. Clear down to scrubbing out the oven, fridge and some of the walls. They tried to claim that we ruined the carpet but it was in poor shape when we moved in. Their people will adamently persue you to collect debts they THINK you owe and in most cases successfully get the debt attached to your credit report even though they never had a conditions report to base damages on that didn't exist. There were major parking problems. Also disturbance problems with the neighbors were not ever delt with. I advise people looking NOT to rent from DeerCreek

I lived in these apartments for 1 1/2 years and the management is not professional. The main manager is but her rental associates or whatever they call them are not. The apartments themselves are okay, they have 1,2 or 3 rooms. The rent is cheaper then Ive seen at most places which is why alot of people end up there. Also alot of people that you really wouldn't want to live near. They have an indoor pool and hot tub which was broken half the time. They had a tanning bed also but it needed new lights and they didn't want ot get them so it was pointless. They have a little playground for the kids that is gated in which is nice but you also get the roudy teenagers all over it, and they do nothing about it. You cannot get mail for anyone else or they think you have other people living with you and try to evict you. You don't have a designated parking spot unless you pay for it every month. Otherwise you are lucky to get a parking spot. If you have visitors over night they have to get a parking permit from the office which is impossible when they are closed on weekends...if you don't they will be towed. Then they tried to stick me with charges when I moved because they need to replace a rug they say I ruined...that rug was used and old when I moved in there but since we didnt do a walk through I guess thats my fault but still they take advantage any chance they get. I wouldn't advise these apartments. There is a daycare inside the apartment area which is in no way related to the apartments which can be a nuisance also unless of course you want a daycare at your front door.
