Strongly not recomended. This company has ran me in circles for 3 days now after they towed my car in the AM and charged me an arm and leg to start out with. They have claimed I can not pick up my car after 5pm due to the fact that the office would be closed. After trying to contact them for a full weekend I get the story that the person working there is new, but the whole time I was talking to a representative, there was histeric laughing in the background with giggles from the rep. Still, I am not able to pick up my car, have missed two days of work, and no option of a promisary note without a payment of $300 down? I hope nobody ever has to resort to AM/PM for business of any kind. Good luck.

I would not recommend this company to anybody, at all, for any reason. My daughters boyfriend was driving her car and was hit by another car on the freeway. AM-PM was called out by the state patrol to tow the car as my daughter is the registered owner and her boyfriend is not. My husband and I saw the car being picked up by this company and we stopped. My husband is a manager at another tow company so he is very familiar with situations like this. He tried asking the driver questions and the driver was VERY RUDE. He looked like he just rolled out of a dumpster, dirty, and VERY unprofessional. My daughters boyfriend was told he could get their stuff out of the car and the driver tried driving off while he was going in the car. After getting the stuff out of the car, the tow truck driver drove off (without using ANY safety chains) dragging the car. The bumper and muffler were literally dragging on the ground with sparks flying. He pulled over like he was going to fix it but then drove off again. My daughter doesn't live with me and doesn't have alot of money. She called the company today to see if she could pay the impound fee, a day or two of storage, AND give them the title of the car to settle her debt. NO. They don't do that. She asked if she could make payment arrangements. NO. They don't do that until the car has racked up thousands of dollars in storage fees and goes to auction. Boy they like their money. The impound fee for state patrol is $177. The storage fee is $49 a day. Today is day #5 for storage. That comes to $427. With a 9.5% tax rate that comes to $$467.57. They have told her today that with storage up to today, the bill is $512. They are ripping her off. She is trying to work with them and settle her debt and they are completely unwilling to work with her. Again, my husband is a manager for a different tow company. They CAN work with people, especially ones that WANT to try to take care of their responsibilities. NOT AM-PM. I wonder how many other people they overcharge KNOWING the only way to resolve it is to take them to court to dispute the amount they paid. Losing a day of work and the cost associated to going to court is more than $45 and they know it.
