I've been taking my 1999 VW Passat to them for 8 years. Their prices and service are much better than Chaplin's. The new shop in Kirkland is great. I had an Emergency light come on over the weekend during Christmas and after leaving an email I got a call on a Sat. night from Greg with advise on which towing company to use and reassurance that I did the right thing by not driving it further. Their new reminder postcards and newsletters are very helpful and the discount coupons are plentiful.

We took our 86 Cabrio to the shop repeatedly over several years for both regular service and a few bigger issues. We always had good service. I felt they were honest and candid about our repair options. I recommend tem for your Volkswagen work!

These guys are very knowledgeable, especially about the mid 80's to mid 90's VWs and Audis (which is a majority of their business). I never had them work on my cars but they are my only source of parts because they always know exactly what I need and get it very fast (usually in stock or it is there the same day). Strongly recommended.

I took my VW Jetta to these people twice. The first time they kept it for 2 days and all weekend! They did a poor job and were sloppy (left some trim off and could not find it later). The next time I went in for a loud noise. They kept it all day and told me that it was only the muffler vibrating. It turned out to be 2 front axles that were breaking and could have caused a serious accident. I urge you to stay away from these people.
