My husband and I love El Pariaso Mexican Grill so much we had them cater our wedding. The staff is friendly, quick, and helpful. The food is hot and you can order to your liking. Watch the drinks! They are strong; especially the natural margarita! Check out their locations in Snohomish and Silver Lake too. You won't be disappointed!

I have eaten her at least 2 times now. I have always been pleased. The service is fast and friendly. When you come in you or offered the option of trying a fresh tortilla right of the grill with butter. Then when you are seated you get your tortilla ships which are so good, the best salsa I ever had (You can order their salsa to take home), and bean dip. Then because they are a Mexican Grill they have all your typical menu items as well as several others. My favorite are the fajitas. I can never decide between the steak or the chicken and they have been nice enough to let me order half and half. Not all restaurants would be that accommodating. They check on you often enough through out the meal to make sure your drinks stay full but not so much as to be annoying. Then when you pay your bill instead of your typical mints they bring you a serving of Sopapilla's. (the thingies covered in honey) l.o.l. :0)

I'm a huge fan of Mexican food. I could probably eat burritos all day, every day. El Paraiso is where I come for the best burrito, ever. At a great value (especially during lunch time), the Macho Burrito is a beast. It's huge. It comes with all the trimmings and believe me, it's delicious. I bring all my friends here and never heard anything but positive thoughts on their entrees. The environment is welcoming and very standard for a Mexican restaurant. Their virgin drinks are good, so I assume the alcoholic ones are just as delicious. TIP: Come here in the evening [6pm on] and receive a small tortilla filled with butter and mild salsa as you wait to be seated! This is my very favorite part of dining at El Paraiso. Those things are delicious. Go to El Paraiso! Really, it's exceptional.

Pros: Quality meal under $15, Delicious food, Quick service, Great location

Cons: Parking

I'm trying to convince my husband to make the 40 minute drive to this restaurant every weekend it is so good! The margaritas are the best that we have found anywhere -- you just don't find "scratch" margaritas made anymore where they actually use fresh lime juice, as opposed to a mix. The ambience is a bit disappointing, as it is more like cafeteria-style, but the food and margaritas make up for it! This is by far the best Mexican we have ever had!

This place is quite the treat - it doesn't look like much, but as soon as you walk in the door they offer freshly made corn tortillas filled with chipotle Im now a believer in corn tortillas. The seating and ambience isn't anything to brag about, but there is usually a pretty good-sized crowd there most evenings. I have yet to find something on the menu that wasn't tasty (I admit, however, that cheese and guacamole make anything good...). The Mexican pizza appetizer was absolutely delicious. Smothered in cheese, refried beans, etc., on a fried tortilla - what's not to like? The real treats come on the small menu, though - the specialty drinks! The Top Shelf margarita is the best thing since the discovery of fire. I've had a couple of their other margaritas on the list and they are all excellent.

This is the cleanest, almost sterilist mexican restaurant you've seen. The food is great, if you're not necessarily looking for an authentic mexican experience, but just good mexican food. And a reasonable price (I could see management of such an establishment pushing the price a little high but they didn't do it). I feel more relaxed without the mariachi band and telemundo anyways. And bonus: honey-covered tortilla thingies with your bill.
