Before I went to JR Furniture in Lynnwood I waste my time in other stores (Annas, Levits, Underhills and etc.) In This store Paul helped me DECORATE my family room It looks so good. Thanks to Paul. My room looks and feels like a FAMILY room I recommend you: go to JR and ask for Paul. He is polite, patience and gives best advise.

Bought a couch from their store in Lynnwood. Upon getting it home found I could not get it thru the narrow door of my mobile. Asked if I could return it the lady who answered the phone, Jo Ann, said I could return it for an in store credit. I was a happy camper. Less than an hour later the mgr. called and recinded the offer. I asked if he believed in customer service. He said he did but would not budge.I offered to pay a 20% restock and he still said no. His solution was " take the couch apart and try with 2 pieces". Not viable at 74 years old. So now I will do my best to steer my friends away from this store. Not only have they lost me as a customer, who knows how many more I can keep away. Anyways be advised that they have a no return policy period.

We went to buy some furniture which was advertise in their monthly flyer and the manager told us it will take 4 weeks very rudely,this guy has no sympathy to talk to people .we tried to call their differnt offices and got hold of one person named mac at south center location ,we never told him about our experience at lynwood location ,but told him waht we want, he took our phone number and called us in 5 minutes letting us know thta for sure u will get in 4 weeks ,but the way he talked we liked him and we told him we are coming to the store , we went after 5 hours as soon as we enetere MAC recongnise us with my voice ( impressive )
we ended up buying from him and we got our furniture before 4 weeks ,,,,buyers be ware all five fingure are not equal .we dont recommend lynwood store but south center is good and big and ask for mac

we experienced very very bad customer service ever. The sales girl was very polite but Gary (he said he is the boss) was rude, arrogant and mean to us. we liked a leather couch and offered to pay 1500$ dollars for it. He became very defensive and obnoxious and he felt that our offer insulting to him (I wonder how???.. ) He started treating us very cheap by asking us to buy cheap furniture at this store for the price we offered. He was also rude to my wife who is usually polite and calm. Please stay away from this branch of JR furniture if you put a high cost on your self respect.

I bought a sofa here and with it was given grocery vouchers worth $500. This was one of the main reasons I bought the sofa because I figured it was such a good deal i couldn't pass it up. well turns out I was totally suckered because these grocery vouchers were a complete scam and this is after the sales person Craig had told me that he was doing it himself with furniture that he had bought, yea right. when I finally realized this was a scam I called JR and told them what happened, the "customer service" women was totally incompetent and very rude. not once did i get an apology but instead them basically saying its not their fault. BS. They offered to give me different grocery vouchers from an "accredited" company if i came in to pick them up. what they didn't tell me is that you have to pay money to join. They must think I'm an idiot. They could of handled this situation much better and they wouldn't have lost a customer but instead now i am going to tell everyone i know about their horrible business practices and complete lack of customer service. I will never set foot in that place again. and to top it off the sofa i bought is pretty cheap quality and is already showing signs of wear after only 8 months. Spend a little bit more at a quality furniture store, you'll get what you pay for, take it from me.

We shopped around all over and found the best deals here. After spending 6000. Delivery went pretty smooth. We had a minor issue with a leg on the couch, but looked after the next day. Best prices in town.

Manager Gary very rude, won't take anything back under any circumstances. Save yourself a lot of trouble and buy from someone else. Would not recomend this store or the mgr at all. A real creep. Wanted to make an exchange, offered to pay the 20% return fee, still said no. I did not ask for my money back, only wanted to exchange sofa for a different one.

I purchased a couch at a great price from JR two years ago. The first delivery was defective, and they replaced it without any hassles. While it did not make me feel great about the purchase, there was a ten year mfg warranty and I thought I was set. The reclining mechanism broke earlier this year. It's been well over two months and they store still has not sent out anyone for repairs. They do not return calls when promised, and when I do manage to reach someone, it's always the same answer- the part is on it's way. I'm at a point where the only recourse is to air my complaint for all to see. I can't say it's 100% JR's fault- maybe the manufacturer is really slow. Save yourself some major headaches, get your new furniture from someone who deals with more reputable manufacturers.
