So pleased with R&R Towing! I locked my keys in my car at the doctors office, I called AAA to request an unlock, and by the time I got a cup of coffee and went out to my car to wait (for what I expected to be an hour) they were there

These people are rude and don't even hire good drivers I was just driving on the freeway and one of their drivers just starts coming into my lane. DO NO USE THEM

We had our truck break down and called R & R Star Towing. They responded promptly and towed it to the repair shop we requested. They have the best prices in town and the most courteous driver (Robert S). I hope to never have the need again but if I do, I know just who to call, R & R Star Towing.

They answer the call with an angry voice and hang up on us! \r\n\r\nWe had a car accident near Walmart on the 164th (exit #183) - The police offered to call a towing place for us. Still shaking, I agreed with it - but I didn't know they charge over $200 if it's a call from the police! (personally I believe the police need to tell people about this ridiculous charge - it's a rip-off!)\r\n\r\nAfter some conversations with the collision place, we've been told to call Robert Staggs who is the manager of R&R (he could be the owner as well). We can't reach him at first, but we've been ""inform"" about the ridiculous fee!\r\n\r\nEven if we agree with this ridiculous rate because of our ""stupid"" fault! They charged us for 1hr and 45 minutes. It's 3.2 miles (exact) from the accident's place to the collision's place - it took them 30 minutes total to ""do their job""! We even have all records to show the time length - but they don't care!!!\r\n\r\nI work with customer service for a long time, and I know how it's feel when customers are angry - We try to keep our calm and talk to them in a professional way. But I don't think it's matter to them!!\r\n\r\nRobert called back the next day with an angry voice before we can say anything. He didn't give us a chance to talk. He just kept saying ""THERE IS NOTHING I CAN CHANGE"" and ""it's a fair fee""! And he hanged up!!! I think he called us back just to yell at us for calling him!! This place is awful! They arrived at my car an hour later than promised, and then charged me $100 to tow my car about 5 miles. They also DO NOT directly bill your insurance, which is completely ridiculous. In addition, they refuse to send you a bill. You have to either pay over the phone (unsafe) or drive there. The lady on the phone was very rude to me and even hung up on me when I asked her why she just could not send me a bill. Overall, I would NOT recommend R & R towing to anyone if you want to be treated with respect and get a reasonable price for your towing. Now I have to contact my insurance directly to try and get reimbursed...something that is their responsibility. With all of the towing companies in the area, there are so many better places to go.
