Big E Auto is the place to take your car! I have used them several times and every time I have been overwhelmed with their outstanding customer service and quality workmanship. The Owner, Bill, took care of everything from calling the insurance company to securing a rental car. When the repair was done they even washed my car! I recommend Big E to all my friends and family!

We Love Big E Auto Rebuild! Our S550 Mercedes got hit in a parking lot. We took it to Big E because of all the great things that we heard them. They worked with the persons insurance company who hit us. The owner (Bill) walked us through every step of the procedure and insisted on using new parts. He negotiated on our behalf with the insurance company to accomplish this successfully. Though their efforts and world class quality of work, no one would be able to tell that our car had ever been hit. If you love your car and want the work done right, they will tell you the absolute truth of what needs to be done upfront and what it will cost. Other body shops get the vehicle torn apart and then spring the hidden damage on you. Not Big E.

I have done business with Big E for over 25 years. There has not been a time when my vehicle was not repaired to my complete satisfaction in the time period that was promised. I continue to recommend Big E to my friends and business associates when asked about a reliable and trustworthy auto repair company. The staff has always been courteous, friendly and very professional.

I have had work done by Big E several times over the past 10 years and every experience has been pleasant and the the quality of work has been excellent. I would and have recomended B -E to many of my friends and clients.

For auto body work I trust my car only to Big E. I have had work done there on three occasions and could not have been more pleased, each time the work was done on time and the results were "show room quality".

DONT GO HERE!!! i took my black suv to get a lil dent fixed. they put a lot of tiny cat scratches all over my ride when they washed it and they called it prior damaged. the people were not friendly whatsoever. they took too long to finish. my ride sat in there lot for 2 days and didnt even notified me about whats going on with my isurance...(bad communication). they ripp you off on their estimates as well, charging unnecessary materials. on top of that, i got into a yelling match with the owner because they were not accepting responsibility. he didn't even wanna give me his BBB # and his insurance info so i can file a claim. and then he wants to compramise with me by just polishing one side of my rig!! excuse me?? only one side??? and just polish? polishing means you only hide the scratches. it should be buffed out. in closing this business has a very bad customer service and their BBB logo should be taken away. my experience wtih them has been very frustrating.

I have had many cars in this shop and all of the work has been great and on time. This shop is clean and the employees are very helpful. If you are in the area or not this is a shop worth the drive to get the job done right the first time. I have never had to return a car for bad work. They might cost a little more but well worth it.
