I went back to Ross in Bellevue because my friend from Oregon wanted to go there. I was afraid to take her because the store had been so messy before. I was very pleasantly surprised to see the changes in the store. It was neater than I have ever seen it. I won't give up on this store after all.

U need patience to check every isle, every piece of clothing and be prepared to know that the top u picked up from medium section will be a large one. After visiting kirkland ross i feel this one needs more variety, one more cash register and a good clean up.

I love shopping at Ross! They always have great stuff for great prices! Sometimes there are items with no price tags on them and they always offer a great deal on it. I go here for clothes (kids and adult), housewares (dishes, bedding, towels, etc..) and shoes. Last time I went I got lots of cute jewelry for only $1 each!

Ross has always had a bad reputation. If you go to complaintsboard you will see all bad reviews.
Just be very careful when you buy from them and for some reason decide to return your purchase.
They put wrong tickets on items they sell (for instance, dress may have a ticket from men's department)and will blame and suspect YOU that you change the tickets.
Just horrible. I do not shop in this store anymore after it happened to me at least twice. The manager named Valery Martinson refused Ross' mistake and made me feel as a dishonest person. But if you read more complaints from complainsboard, you will see that Ross's empolyess sometimes even hardly trained. She did not return the amount of money I paid because of the wrong ticket and as a result, I lost some money. I would describe it as Ross stole my money from me. To feel that way is not right for any person, and especially for me, who had been a loyal customer for years.
