Website Error

by Brett D.

For Angelica S.

There's an error in the listing. The correct website for Fireworks Gallery in Seattle is

http://www.fireworksgallery.net

not .com. I've informed InsiderPages of this error, so it should be corrected soon.

Great Goodies!

by T M. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 5,037

I love Fireworks gifts, and have given them lots of past business. I received a gift from a friend for Christmas, and whoops Fireworks (at Belle Square) had mixed up packages. I would have kept the item, but it was for a dog- I don't have one. When I went to exchange the item, I was told that they were busy to come back another day. What? For as much money as I have spent there (even registered their for wedding gifts), I expect to be acknowledged. They can tell me that they'll hold the item, and I will have to wait my turn, but when they have erred, treating me poorly isn't appreciated. Still, I must commend there stock of goodies and art- with the small exception of some more recent junky knick-knack items.

PROS: Cool stuff
CONS: Some times abrasive cashiers

The quirkiest gifts

by Ray A. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 7,786

Fireworks is packed with handmade good, high craft works and endearing gifts. If you are looking for a battery operated jumping frog or a table that looks as though it were decorated by Sark (the one that writes all those optimistic marker books) then this is the place for you. I haven't found much to my tase--it's more like a hyper colored anthropologie than anything else.

cute shop, but spendy!

by Anonymous

Very trendy and fun shop with random gifts and decor. A bit expensive, but there are some gems that won't break the bank. They are best known for the star lights that can be found in nearly any girl's dorm room.

A Seattle Gift Shop

by L B. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,244

To me this just seemed like a unique to Seattle gift shop but my wife loves the place. They have tons of little gift giving things - reminded me a lot of Hallmark but not so chain store feeling. I think she could spend hours in that store buying little presents for people. The prices seemd to be pretty good though. And they have locations all over Seattle so you can pop into almost any of them and pick up a quick present.

Unusual Fun Stuff

by Lynne O. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,451

Fireworks is a great place to shop for the person who has everything. They have a wide range of unusual decor and household items for every taste. They are a bit on the expensive side, but everything seems to be well made, so you are getting your money's worth. It is worth your time to check them out if you have a hard person to shop for on your gift list any time of the year.

A wonderful collection of functional and artistic pieces

by Ruth W. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 5,913

This store is one of my favorite places to go when I am looking for one-of-a-kind gifts and items that you wouldn't normally be able to find at a department store. From amusing little novelty items/knick knacks to fun childrens toys/books to hand made jewelry, this place carries a very large selection of unique handcrafted items. Many of those items are created by local artists which is another great reason to shop here to support your community. If you love and appreciate art as much as I do you will probably enjoy Fireworks immensely.

Neat gift shop

by Eric R. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 5,448

Fire Works has a wide assortment of craft and other gift-type items for sale. There are elaborate handmade and painted tables, cute little specialty books that vary depending on the season and holiday, and all sorts of unique trinkets. My favorite are these little heads made of rubber with a clothes pin for the mouth (I use them as letter holders). The heads are usually funky looking animals but they sometimes have funny people too. A great store to browse through!

WOW - great gifts

by Jasun W. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 699

For my father's birthday, I had absolutely no clue as to what to get for him, he's very difficult to shop for because if he wants or needs something, he already has it. A friend told me about Fireworks in Bellevue Square so I thought I'd give it a try. WOW, what a great selection of GREAT gifts! Very unique and I even ended up buying something for my mom!

Fun place to find gifts

by Elizabeth M. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 10,402

Whenever I don't know what to get someone, I stop in at Fireworks. Here, I can find something unique and funky. I usually get baby gifts here too - they may be more expensive, but are super cute. Also, I have a theory that it is a good idea to get something for a new mother that she might not go out and buy herself.

When you have no clue...go to Fireworks!

by Alisha W. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,267

Whenever I have NO idea what to get as a gift for someone, I head over to Fireworks in Bellevue Square. Without fail, I have found something great each and every time! There really is something there for everyone, and for every budget. And the best part is, it's actually pretty fun to shop there! I really don't enjoy shopping very much, but Fireworks has so many interesting things.

PROS: Unusual and unique items, lots of variety, large price range
CONS: Sometimes a little crowded

A hodgepodge of stuff

by Jennifer B. | insider Insider | Rank: 18,535

Fireworks has some really neat items. They have folksy tables and jewelry that would make any home look unique. The only problem is that they have no defined product. I couldnt tell you what exactly it is that they sell so its hard to go shopping there if you are looking for something specific. They have a mix of just about everything you could think of.

Pricey indeed, but some one of a kind items

by Sara G. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 2,051

I have mixed feelings about Fireworks in Westlake Center Mall. Overall though, I would have to give it a favorable review. They really do have fun and unique gifts, things you might not find anywhere else. They have neat string lights, decorations and some gorgeous but casual jewlery. I bought my mother some great silver earrings last year here. Definately worth a look, but be prepared to spend a lot!

For fun artwork and knick-knacks and cards, go to Fireworks

by Peter H. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,569

Looking around my office, I see at least two things from Fireworks on my wall. They have great, fun artwork of all types, from prints to ceramics. Jewelry, funny cards, little knick knacks and more. A good place to buy a gift. They have a store in University Village too, which has pretty much the same stuff. Whoever their buyer is, they are a genius!

Need a gift quick - shop here!

by Katie C. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,219

Fireworks has locations all over Seattle. The store is packed full of interesting jewelry, pieces of art, and other decorations. If you are in dire need of a gift for a woman of any age, try this shop. You can get anything from crazy reading glasses in all colors to red pepper light strings. The store in Westlake also has a lot of baby/children's clothing and toys, which make nice gifts as well.

Go on a whim...

by Shelby O. | insider Insider | Rank: 24,349

Whether you are rich or poor, you can always find something at this gem of a store. One of a kind local artistry awaits you as you wander through the botique. The prices were very reasonable and they even had some knick knacks at the front counter for under $5.00 that would make great stocking stuffers or little tokens for your loved ones.

PROS: They are located all over Seattle, my favorite is in Pioneer Square.
CONS: Tightly designed store, on more than one occassion I have been fearful of knocking over something breakable.

Even if you're broke and have no cash to spend on knick-knacks, you should go browse in Fireworks. Not only do they have quirky jewelry, they have fun postcards, random books, entertaining gizmos, eclectic lampshades, odd memorabilia...you name it. Ifit's unique, it's here. It's a joy to wander through, reading cards, looking at crazy books, and staring at odd devices. You'll find yourself tempted to spend money, because the objects are so delightful!
