Every room here has an amazing view. I've stayed here on many occasions and loved every minute of it. Hotel staff treat you very well and are more than happy to cater to your needs. Price is a little high but you get what you pay for in this instance. Supposedly this is also where the Beatles stayed when they came to play Seattle. There's a fun fact for ya.

PROS: Historical hotel, great service and clean rooms.
CONS: Parking is a little tough.

I strongly recommend everyone to try out their rooms, especially the north side. The scene is splendid at dawn. Water is just outside your window and the sunshine reflected on the water is so beautiful. Their room service is also very good, average price for dinner is about $30. try out their sprawn salad and fish with blackbean sauce, delicious.

I stayed here for one night after a company party, so fortunately for me it was free. I thought the place was reasonbly nice and interesting, but I personally would've never paid $200/night or more to stay here. The rooms are done in rustic style. You get a TV, a desk, a couple of chairs, a bed, a fireplace, and not much of anything else. There was a teddy bear on the pillow, and a a stuffed bear in front of a fireplace. I had a cityview room, so you could see the Space Needle. I was told another $30 or 80 updgrade for a water view room (partial or full). The bathroom was pretty plain, nothing to write home about. The only thing that's killer is the location. The hotel is right on the waterfront, pretty much on one of the piers. I wouldn't stay there again though if I had to pay a full price.

PROS: Awesome location, famous place (Beatles fished from the windows)
CONS: Expensive, a little older, not too much for the money.

Don't overlook the Edgewater Hotel restaurant for Sunday brunch or for holidays. They have a great meal for all holidays at a good price. Why slave over the stove when you can get treated like a king.

This is the spot that reminds of the NorthWest, a lot of celebrities have stayed here. I heard John Lennon used to fish out the window of his room! Nice bar and drinks, overlooking the Puget Sound. Walking distance to Pike Market. Renting rooms available for special events and private parties. Parking is a bit rough.
