I have been waiting for over 30 minutes and have yet to have someone ask me if I need a menu or a drink. I went and stood at the front while 2 men just chatted, looked at me and ignored me. I just needed a menu that was behind the counter. I ended up grabbing it myself! My boyfriend had to walk to the bartendar to order food while 4 waiters and waitresses constantly walked by us. The food is gross and I can't stress enough how awful the service is. You would think they made enough money to be rude and in ane conomy like this, you'd think they'd try and attract customers. All they do is talk behind the counter while they ignore people.

The Ale house is the perfect place to hang out after work and have a few drinks and play pool. It has a great atmosphere and extremely nice staff. the prices are also great.

We enjoy going here and having a bite to eat and a beer. Nice friendly enviroment. They have anywhere from Beer, cocktails to soft drinks. There is also a family seating place as well.

Really wonderful staff; Eric, Matt and Linda among others, go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. Excellent food, atmosphere, music, ongoing trivia games, sports and of course a huge selection of ale and spirits. Their house cabernet is terrific. My husband and I enjoy having a casual dinner and drinks, then walking across the parking lot to see a movie at the new Galaxy theater. Recommend the Baja Burger (Lots of Jalapenos) or Calamari with the best onion rings in Washington state

Ale house is a great place to grab a beer with friends and watch the game. They have a lot of beers on tap and pretty good food, I would recommend their mac and cheese bites. Also, check out trivia night you can win free food, drinks, and other discounts.

This place has great food and the service is great. I also like the decorations. Everything was nice here! The servers were also very polite. They always have something going on there.

Great Food and a good atmosphere. Food is reasonably priced for the quantity you get. There are allot of TVs with all different sporting events on. I would recommend this place!!

The Ale House Pub is okay. They do have a good steak dinner and fries. The atmosphere is okay, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go there. The staff is friendly enough. It isn't the best food but not the worst either.

The Ale House in Fircrest is a great place to meet up with friends to watch a game and just hang out. Always have the games on and pricing is reasonable.. Lots of great ale choices.

The pub has a friendly atmosphere. The food is ok compared to others. Prices are fair and the location is close! Beer selection is better than most. We went there after a game and the service was a bit slow.

If you like good food, a relaxed atmosphere, and great prices, ,Ale House is the way to go! I reccommend this to anyone that isn't too high class to watch the game while scarfing pizza!

I cannot begin to tell you how disgusted I was with the service and food quality on a recent visit to the Ale House Pub and Eatery. To start, I ordered bottled water ? something reasonably safe. After pouring the bottled water into my glass I tasted something grainy and overly salty. Imagine my surprise when I saw something resembling mucus floating inside my glass. I reported this incident to the server who only said ?sorry, must have not cleaned that very well.? The cob salad I ordered as an entree was also unpleasant ? it seemed as if the processed meats had gone bad. My lunch colleague was equally unimpressed. When he attempted to politely express his concerns to the cook, he was greeted with a harsh ?I have nothing to talk to you about, sir.? What terrible service and what a horrible dining experience! I realize this establishment is a pub, but some minimal standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and food quality should be expected by any customer.

Great food, good services, friendly staff. TVs pull tabs and fun. A perfect place to meet up with friends after work OR take a date. The Ale House is a happening place for 21 and older. Guaranteed to make you glad you went.

Lots of fun during sports events; has a new section dedicated to pull tabs - many more games than most places. Lots of cold ones on draught go good with a really good sports bar menu. Best steak fries in the area! Best of all it is totally non-smoking. Wait staff will remember you on your second visit.

The Ale House has added live music on Sunday nights, and it's just incredible fun! Crowd participation, jokes, and great music. If you're looking for something to do on Sunday evening, go to the Ale House, sample one of their many, many microbrews, order some of their great food, and enjoy the show!
