5 Stars: We love it here! (by Anna G.)

My boyfriend and I have ate at Wasabi Bay probably 10 times. The food has always been fantastic. We have tried numerous Sushi Bars in the surrounding area and prefer Wasabi Bay over all others.

1 Stars: Wasabi Bay fish is not fresh. (by seadomo g.)

I ate there last night and the Ikura definitely tasted like it had gone "off." It was clearly not fresh, and I spit it out immediately and nearly vomited. The sushi chef insisted that it was good but wouldn't eat any when I suggested he try it himself.

4 Stars: Great American/Japenese Food (by Jonis B.)

Not your traditional japenese food. It has a bit of american flair to it. The food is great and I ordered the chicken katsu which has potato rice and it was great.
