British Auto Center is great, I've come here over the last two years several times and they are always able to explain to me what's wrong with my Land Rover and I never feel like their prices are over inflated. I always feel like their first concern is my safety, which is why I bring my car in to get looked over before a road trip.

Best place around for Jaguar service and repair, no question. They're great mechanics ... not just part changers and they really make it worthwhile owning and maintaining a Jaguar in the Seattle area. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending British Auto center for taking care of your Jag.

After going to other local shops I realized that I am spending more due to the sub standard skills available there. The mechanics at British Auto Center are great and yes the price of the bill is reasonable. I go there once and my problems are fixed.

British Auto Center was really there for me when I needed work done on my Jag while I was in town for a job interview. I do not trust many people with my car but these guys definitely proved to me I could. They are very professional and really care about their customers!

Just moved to Washington and I was in need for an auto repair. Not really knowing where to go I first looked online then began to ask new people I had met. Everyone seemed to be steering me towards British Auto because I drove a Range Rover. So thankful they did. This is now my new place.

I took my Land Rover for some work. They were fast, thorough, and their price was what they quoted me before doing the work. They walked me through all the steps, showed me all the work and pieces his team replaced. Have taken our other car there for inspection and brake work as well. Same great experience.

I came to British Auto Center to get minor car repair on my Jaguar. I went to the dealership first and they wanted way to much so I gave this place a call. There estimate was almost half the cost and the work done was really great. This is my new auto shop.

So I was having electrical problems with my car, it would die on me start goofy and generally give me a hard time. I went to British Auto and they took a listen to me describe the problem and this helped me diagnose it. In the end it turning out to be just a loose ground cable coming off of my battery. I need a new nut to secure it they gave me one and it was installed they ran the diagnostic again. It was fixed. They just wanted to make sure I was getting the right solution for my problem and with his excellent customer service skills he did just that. In conclusion I wanted to ass, my Dad was a mechanic and I worked at his garage as a kid so let's just say for me to give a five star rating someone has to be excellent and British Auto definitely is.

I went to British Auto Center today to have them put on a new grill on my Jaguar, not only did they do the job quick but it was also put on carefully. They also installed HID's for my headlights and fogs. The people at the British Auto Center will be the only other set of hand that touch my car other than the dealer. This is truly a great shop with awesome people running the front and the back flawlessly. And believe it or not, their prices are great. my only gripe is that they didn't let me buy them lunch.

This place has the most unbelievable customer service. I stopped by on my way home from work to see if they had wiper blades and they has great PIAA blades. Then they just helped me out with some other problems that I was having with my Beemer and gave me the best service. This place is organized and has employees that really care and want to take great care of you. I will definitely send everyone I know over her. Thanks Guys!!

So my Land Rover was starting to give me a hard time starting. I figured it was the battery or alternator, but when I talked to mechanic he inspected my car and quickly realized that the problem was my starter. Anyway It took no more than two hours to have my car looked at and have the starter replaced. Not only was I satisfied with the service, I'll definitely be back here, not for my starter of course.

My car was making a horrible sound and none of the fix lights was on so I couldn't figure it out. So I took it here and they figure it out right away and fixed it and my car is amazingly sound proof of that horrible noise. Thank you for fixing that for me.

Since I bought my used car I haven't had any A/C. It was my birthday, so I just thought I should give myself a gift by fixing my A/C. I went to British Auto Center where I've been going for several years now, because I know it is affordable and the guys are super helpful and professional. I never had no complaints always happy and was very happy with my A/C they installed. Thanks again British Auto Center!

I have been shopping with British Auto Center for several years. I love the varieties of car parts they sale. I especially love their Ebay service, because it saves me tons of money and saves me from buying it other place. As long as I have my Cooper I will keep shopping here.

I have taken our cars to the British Auto Center for a number of years now. The front office and techs do excellent, reliable, expert work. They are very honest and never do work that is not absolutely necessary at a fair price. I Would recommend them to anyone.

Needed to get my AC fixed on my XJ6. Found via google. Fast, friendly, cheap. Would go back.
Pros: Prices are good, service is fast
Cons: Closed on Saturdays
I cannot beleive these guys are still in business! Outrageous prices on used parts and way to high a shop rate! The service guy (Michael) is great when you can get him, but obviously his hands are tied by the owner who is rude and somehow comes up with outlandish prices for parts. Who does this guy think he is? Judging by the delapidated shop and overall disgusting appearance of the interior I would say that little, if any, of the profits are going into the business and more likely into the cheeseburgers going in to the owners stomach.
Stay away from this business. Buy your Rover parts online directly or check Ebay for used parts.
Pros: Michael the service manager
Cons: the ignorant owner
I gave a list of parts I needed for my Triumph. They promised 3 different times to call me back and tell me what they could come up with. No phone calls back. They don't really run the hours listed either. They won't be getting any of my money. - pboss
Cons: Triumph parts are hard to come by, I'm forced to deal with these guys sometimes.
