Hollywood Nails

My friend and I went here yesterday to get manicure and pedicures and the experience was horrible. my friend was also digusted. The owner's wife did my french pedicure which lasted for about 2 minutes and the outcome looked like poop! My toe nails were filed uneven and the french tip part looks like crap. I tried to complain but the owner's wife tried to act like she did not understand English! The air brush design on my finger tips look messy and are already starting to fade away after less than 24 hours. Also, I am praying to God that I did not get a fungus or something because my nails are still sore and a little itchy! My entire hand and arm is also aching. I have had manicures before and have never expierinced this.

I am very dissatisfied with this place. I strongly urge everyone to consider going somewhere else. I am thinking about calling my credit card company to see if they can reverse what I paid because I am so disatisfied. I am also going to contact my doctor because I do not think it is normal to feel so much pain, itchiness and discomfort.

The owner's wife kept trying to get us to spend extra money on waxing. I hate this place and will NEVER go back.

Please, save your time and money and go somewhere else. The service and quality of this place is HORRIBLE.
