Bates Pharmacy & Medical Supl

I called to get a price on medication and was told the total. When I arrived to have it filled I again asked the cost of the prescription which was the same amount as I was told before. When returning to pick up the medication they had increased its total by more than 52 dollars! They said it was quoted incorrectly. I would advise you to use their service with caution, especially if you have to pay out of pocket for your prescription! I will not be returning.

I went here to get some home heathcare supplies. I had to order some of the items. They said they would be delivered the next day. They didn't come for 3 days, so I called and they weren't nice at all. I went to a different store to get the items I needed. They weren't nice when I was up there either. They acted like I was putting them out to help me. I would never go back to that store again. I would not rewcommend them to my worst enemy.
