Totem Pole Shoe Repair

I took a purse in to have the strap fixed. The shop is awful, the work was shoddy and if you expect common courtesy and politeness from the lady behind the counter you will definitely be disappointed!! My advise; go somewhere else!

I've taken my husbands boots in twice to have them re-soled at this shop. It appears to be a small family owned business - filled with shoes and other little quirky items. It's a small, somewhat claustrophobic shop - with shoes all over the place. I wouldn't say service was overly friendly, but the work on the boots was top notch, affordable (not cheap - but affordable) and done in a timely manner. Most shoe shops I've dealt with over the years seem to be of a similar nature, so don't let the clutter and dirt deter you - they do a good job on shoes.
