5 star hotel or Lexus dealership?

Everything is world class, from the website to the showroom. Everyone posting negative comments must be from other dealerships and envious of Lexus of Bellevue. Before making any large purchase, I do my research and take my time gathering information. In this day and age, the internet allows me plenty knowledge before I step foot in the dealership. I spent over two weeks speaking with their internet department before deciding to visit. Not once did I feel pressured to make my decision. They helped me gather additional information that only a dealer can provide; like inventory and availabiltiy. I finally purchased my Lexus last night and couldn't be happier.

Not happy

We leased a 2007 ES 350 there several years ago. Sales transaction went well but service is horrible. They say it will take 2.5 to 3 hours to do a routine service. It's unacceptable to make an appt and still have to wait that long to get a routine service. I have a Corvette I take to a Chevy dealership in Issaquah that has me in and out the door in 35 minutes and at half the price. Yes, the Chevy waiting room is pretty crude but I can put up with it for half an hour. The last two visits at Lexus, they "misplaced" my car. It took over 4 hours for service in each instance. I was told the service manager would call me to apologize and "make it up to me". Still waiting for that call. Half the time I'm not greeted when I pull into the service drive. When I walk in, the service advisors not on the phone ignore me until I walk up and ask if they are working. L of B needs to quit relying on their grand facility and spend more time on customer service.

Great Service

I think anyone who complains about Lexus of Bellevue is crazy. Lexus strive every day to give the best customer service to each and everyone of their guests. And if you are not happy then you are an impossible guest. Lexus of Bellevue provides amenities that most other dealerships do not provide. They don't need to provide us with fresh cookies in the afternoon or fresh muffins in the morning. But they do as a courtesy. They dont need to have a free latte machine for customers, but they do. Lexus national says Lexus needs to provide loaner cars for services that exceed 6 hours, but Lexus of Bellevue provides loaner cars after 3 hours.

Beautiful Facility with World Class Service

Lexus of Bellevue is the creme of the crop. Not only do they have an amazing facility, but they have treated me with respect and courtesy when I purchased my car and also everytime I get my car serviced. When you look a the building you think that to maintain a building like the one they are in, they must be ripping their customers off, however that is not the case. I find their prices to be competitive and even better than Lexus of Seattle! I am a loyal customer and will be back. I recommend everyone I know to Lexus of Bellevue.

Bad Experience

Lexus of Bellevue sold me a Certified Pre-Owned GS-300 in 2005. I went to trade it in at another dealer only to find it had been in accident before I owned it. This was not disclosed when they sold me the car. Lexus of Bellevue is no different than the corner car lot. I know now thatyou need to car fax everything, but expected more from Lexus of Bellevue.

Lexus of Bellevue Sucks

Do NOT. I repeat do NOT deal with these folks. I have purchased several cars from them over the years and their service and attitude continues to degrade. In fact, it's so bad... I have finally sworn them off for good.

Visit the new showroom and you'll be very disappointed to have wasted your time. Lexus of Seattle is better than anything the Obrien Auto Group owns.

What a great place to wait for your car

The waiting area is absolutely fantastic with espresso machines, snacks including refrigerated drinks, big screen tv and comfortable leather chairs. It is truly a first class outfit that makes you forget completely that you brought in your car for service. Nice enough to spend the whole day relaxing there.

PROS: Atmosphere, food, tv
CONS: There are so many people running around..a little chaotic.
