Dante designed my engagement and wedding bands with my great-grandmothers diamonds and my wish to make them appear to be vintage. They were so beautiful that I had everyone in the jewelry store crying from my reaction! Every single person at Warren Jewelers are genuinly caring, and strive to give you an unforgettable experience and jewelry! They all made my experience fabulous, and I will go to them for the rest of my life!
I've always had excellent service at Warren Jewelers in Kirkland. They always are able to help me whether it is with a repair or something new for my wife. I lean on them for suggestions. I don't always know what to buy so they are very helpful. They'll make jewelery for you too.
I RECENTLY BROUGHT A 14K GOLD BRAIDED NECKLACE INTO WARREN JEWELERS FOR A CLASP REPAIR....THAT WAS MY FIRST MISTAKE. AFTER GOING TO PICK IT UP, I WAS SHOWN AND TOLD THAT THE NECKLACE HAD BEEN CUT IN HALF!!!! YES, CUT IN HALF! THEY CLAIMED SOMEONE READ THE WORK ORDER WRONG, AND THAT IS HOW IT HAPPENED. THEY INITIALLY OFFERED TO REPLACE IT WITH A NEW "LIKE" NECKLACE. BUT AFTER CALLING THEM TO ARRANGE THIS, THE GM "DON" SAID HE WOULD NOT DO THIS. HE CLAIMED THEY HAD REPAIRED IT. WHEN ASKED IF THE REPAIR WAS NOTICEABLE, HE SAID "YES"! HE ACTUALLY HAD THE NERVE TO CHANGE THE DEAL, AND SUGGEST WE SHOULD BE HAPPY THAT THEY "FIXED" IT! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AND SKIP WARREN JEWELERS WHEN BUYING OR HAVING A PIECE OF JEWELRY REPAIRED!!! I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!
My fiance' and I visited Warren Jewelers on two occasions. First, I needed to get an antique ring fit with a new band. The owner was very friendly and he gave me information about my ring that I didn't even know!!! I was very pleased with my band replacement! The second visit was the day after Christmas when we ran in to see if we could get my new engagement ring resized!!! I was thinking I would need to leave it but surprisingly not! They only needed 2 hours:) I was very happy. He also examined the ring and complimented my FI on the quality he purchased:) I would recommend going there! We may go back to look at their bands soon:)
I live out of state and found a fantastic ring on Warren Jewelers website. After speaking with Sue Osborn several times about some design modifications that I wanted, she took a $500 deposit and started work on the piece. \r
When I was sent pictures of what they considered to be the finished ring, they bore almost no resemblance to the high quality piece on their site. After being referred to Warren's Master Goldsmith, I learned that the pictures on the site are computer generated representations and could not be produced in their facility. It seems to me that showing the picture of something that you cannot deliver is highly unethical and borderline illegal. \r
If you think I am just a random nutcase with nothing better to do than bash small businesses, check out the pictures I posted here or I suggest that you go to the Warren website and look in the daffodil collection tab - the ring is the LB02B. Then send them an email and have them forward you the picture of the ring they made for me on 8/9/11 (I'm guessing they won't) - you be the judge.\r
Since being denied a refund of my deposit i have disputed the charges with my CC company and will be filing with the BBB.\r
If you feel the need to do business with Warren, please don't do it over the web as their site depicts items that they cannot make - go to the store and have an independent appraisal done if you do buy anything.\r
Went to the Totem Lake store after reading the rave reviews. Had a beautiful antique ring from my grandmother that I wanted to size down to fit me. After sizing the ring and my finger, they said that because of the ring style, they couldn't guarantee that it would fit perfectly the first time. I might have to pay them a second time to re-size it. They also told me the prongs needed to be replaced and the jade needed to be re-epoxy'd. Now we're up to $260 not including a second ring sizing!! When I asked if they'd buy some of my broken gold chains as partial payment, they told me state law wouldn't allow that, but they could give me $35 for the gold as ""scrap"" - told me I ""only had a couple of grams"". When I asked how much was a ""couple of grams"" I was told that my scrap gold was only 2-3 grams. I had to press them to see exactly how much I had, so they weighed it out again while I watched and it came to 4 grams. For $35!!! I left and went to Joseph's in Bellevue who also had rave reviews, but was a little farther for me to travel. What a difference. Treated me like a queen and did the initial sizing for me right there in the store to make sure the size was perfect (a half size smaller than Warren's told me - I would have had to go back and paid for a second sizing) before completing the job.
I went to Warren Jewelers to have a long anticipated dream come true....having my precious family heirloom rings from my grandmother and mother re-designed to fit my style and personality with new rings using all of their stones and gold.\r
Dante worked with me the whole way through this process-from his expertise in design, suggesting I bring in more gold jewelery to melt down to help me save money, to calling me when my 2 rings were ready and presenting me with the most beautiful rings I have ever seen and worn!\r
He has exceptional customer service, he is very skilled in jewelery design, he really listens to what you want and helps design a beautiful piece that tugs at your heart and ensures you will be happy with it forever. And he does it with warmth and a smile! Because of Dante and the excellent staff at Warren Jewelers, we will make Warren Jewelers our exclusive jewelery store in the future.
I went into this local store over a year ago to have some jewerly cleaned and found out they also do old jewerly trade ins. I came back to have a ring designed by melting my old, broken or not worn gold. I LOVED my new ring so much, I have been back to buy earrings on lay away. Danate is the BEST !!! He get to know his customers, likes and stye. I was invited to come in during their special ""Digging for Diamonds event"" in December. I got a stunning blue topez (heart shaped) and recently went in and had Dante help me design a a setting. I am so in LOVE with it !!! Everyone there is very helpful, but I love working with Dante. I will be a customer for life now. Thank you Dante.
I couldn't be more thrilled with the ring that I received last night when my now fiance proposed. Warren Jeweler's specifically Dante was fantastically helpful throughout the whole ring making process. We had family rings that they seamless integrated into a beautiful handcrafted ring that I won't see on anyone elses finger. Thanks Dante and Warren Jeweler's you made our engagement a perfect moment!!
I inherited a ring from my grandmother when she passed away, but it did not fit me and I could not wear and enjoy it. After showing it to Sue and Mark, they suggested I have the ring melted and remade to fit my hand and individual taste. I wanted a rose flower ring design, keeping with the rings original style. They patiently helped me choose a mold and added a few custom touches so that the original diamonds could be worked into the design. The ring came out beautifully; I cannot take it off and receive many compliments. I have recommended them to everyone I know, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have custom jewelry made, especially for flower designs. Thank you Sue and Mark :)
I went to Warren Jewelers because they were one of the few stores that specialized in custom jewelry and had a goldsmith on site. I upgraded to a larger diamond for my engagement ring, and had my original diamond fitted into a custom platinum band for my right hand. Their selection of loose diamonds was good and the custom ring that was created for my right hand turned out exactly as I had envisioned. Dante was the person that assisted me and he provided exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in the door. He also made sure that the design stayed true to my personal taste and made the experience stress free. I would definitely recommend this jeweler to anyone who is looking to upgrade the size of their diamond or have custom work done.
Pros: Exceptional customer service and attention to detail
Cons: you will want to buy more jewelry
Dante greeted me when I walked into Warren Jewelers for the first time. I had a broken wedding ring set and wanted to use the diamond(s) and gold in a new setting. Dante showed me cases full of beautiful and creative settings and my eye was immediately drawn to the one that is now (just over a week later) gracing my hand. He asked me if I had any broken gold to bring in so that I wouldn't have to buy any, then patiently went through my collection to determine what was usable. That was on Friday, and on Monday afternoon, Dante called to let me know that -- surprise! -- my ring was ready for me!!!\r
I'm thrilled with my new ring and pleased that it was well within my budget! I will definitely be back!!!
Pros: friendly customer service, creative designs, affordable
I met Sue and Mark a little over a year at our local gym . When I decided to have my wedding ring reset, I choose Warren Jewelers because I knew they were trustworthy. They both worked with me to design a ring that I absolutly love. They listened to what I wanted and added their expert advise to help me create a beautiful ring. Being able to use some of my own gold made it affordable for me. They are sincerely commited to customer service. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Warren Jewelers!
Pros: great customer service, beautiful design work
Dante was the designer helping me create my master piece engagement ring! He was very patient and skillful and did not try to pressure sell me! He showed me what I wanted and tried to stick to my price range! I got, what i believe to be, the best ring that's come out of that store!!! I absolutely love it and so does my fiance...
Pros: excellent prices - expert design team
Cons: the down side is you never wanna leave!
I started shopping with Warrens 15 years ago. From the wedding ring, anniversary ring, bracelet, watch I won't shop anywhere else and my children are now customers. It was so much fun designing my anniversary ring and I get so many compliments on it. They clean and inspect my jewelry anytime and take care of any little fixes right on the spot. I highly recommend either location, Kirkland or Burlington.
Pros: Good quality and good pricing
Cons: Can't think of any
I inherited my mother's wedding set that she had worn for 50 years+ and it was very special to me but just not my style. Warren Jewelers designed me a new ring using my mother's gold and diamonds and I am so happy! I am able to wear it and still keep the memories of my mother. Thank you so much Mark, Susan and everyone for your ideas and the fun we had designing my ring.
Pros: Creative, friendly, high quality, reasonable pricing
Cons: Can't think of any
I have been going to Warren Jewelers for many years and have found them to be very professional, owners and staff friendly, extremely knowledgeable, ethical and trustworthy. I have had several pieces custom designed over the years from the beginning to using some of my existing stones and gold to redesign something new for me. I can tell you they are always unique to my personal tastes. People I don't even know will stop me and remark on how beautiful my rings, necklaces, etc. are and where did I get them. I am always happy to tell them and say, ""Don't let distance worry you"". When I was living in Texas, even a co-worker of mine had her wedding rings made for she and her husband. With email and digital pictures, along with phone communication, every detail was worked out. We even got to meet the owners as they happened to be vacationing in Houston and hand delivered the wedding ring set personally. The workmanship and quality of the diamonds was just outstanding! We were all blown away. I don't think you find that kind of customer service very often and know for a fact they stand behind every sale. If you aren't completely satisfied, they'll work with you until you are. I guess I could go on and on but would probably run out of space. I urge you to give them a try, you won't be sorry. There isn't a more fair store around.
I?ve been buying my jewelry from Warren Jewelers for years (both Burlington and Kirkland stores are good). From my right hand ring to celebrate my MBA, to my ?martini? set diamond studs for my promotion, I always come to Warrens for their advice, counsel and high quality jewelry. They really listen to you. They get to know your style and work within your budget to create wonderful pieces of unique jewelry just for you! I love the fact that I walk around wearing jewelry that nobody else has, because it was made custom for me. I get compliments all the time on these beautiful pieces and I?m proud to refer them to Warren Jewelers! Even though I live in Southern California now, I don't trust any other jewelers but Warren's. They are so flexible with me, especially since I can't be there in person. Once I provided them an old ring I wanted updated into something new. I said, ""You know me, be creative and make something for me."" I gave them my budget and I just let them go with it. They came back with something that was perfect for me, and that I never would have imagined to do myself. So, thanks Warren Jewelers, you're the best!\r
Pros: knowledgable, customer focused, warm and friendly staff, easy to work with
Cons: I wish they had a store in Southern California too!
