The food was o.k., nothing exceptional. The price of the dishes we ordered was as follows:

$7.50
$6.95
$6.75

We did not order anything else. No drinks, no appetizers, no desserts.
The bill came to $28.55. I said that can't be right.

I can't forget my first eating experience at Pho 99
It felt like heaven... the lychee drink and jasmine tea that come with your meal far surpass any damn cream puff.

My small veggie pho w/ fried tofu is sometimes even too much to handle because I have to save room for dessert (Iced Coffee... you get to watch it steep and drip) Every dish looks artistic and colorful which sensationally makes it tastes more delicious. They have veggie meat options in entree dishes (so I don't have to go to Bamboo Gardens for my fix) They have all the usual tripe and tendon type meat styles as well.

It is easy to eat here at least once a week. Prices are FAn friggen tastic. The owners donate to local food banks... and that is a style I respect. Very friendly and not stressful. No one rushes you or tells you where to sit or not sit. It's not that far from seattle.... but my peeps in lynnhood/edmonds need to patron these guys for reelz.

You are now wiser for heeding my advice: Pho 99 best pho house and something for everyone.

Pros: Great Music, Great Price, Best Flavor,Honest People

Cons: NONE (unless you're a snob)

The tofu pho had lots of veggies and tofu, which was a nice surprise. I wasn't used to getting beef broth, but it seemed healthy and was tasty. My boyfriend rates his fried rice at 3 1/2 stars, not the greatest but edible. He also got the combination chow main and rates that 4 1/2 stars - quite good! He won't order the fried rice again but wants to go back. We didn't care too much for the lychee water - too sweet. Small place, clean and tidy. Service was alright but not great (we hoped to get some regular water but he never came back around).

Good location and great food. Eat in or take out at reasonable prices. Good Pho soup...chicken is delicious. Good value for your money. Highly recommend.

I don't know if this was the first Pho restaurant around but it was the first I ever saw. It's a treat, when it's just me.

Here's the deal - I love all the choices of soups - a huge quantity of them. Oh, and the size of the soup is incredible. Be prepared to let it cool down for a few minutes too.

You can add peppers, variuos herbs, sauces, etc. I suggest aggressively adding mint leaves... here is where I learned about this addition.

The only warning - not everybody cares for Pho. I've brought family and my wife. They liked the food but thought the concept of a massive bowl of soup with incredibly long noodles and interesting cuts of meat was too much. I call it 4 stars as it's not everybody's ideal. I get to go when my wife is out of town. If it's not your thing mixing a soup with all the extras on the plates to your taste then you may want to try something else. If you like pho soups then hopefully you can go often as the price is right and the quantity is generous.

This place might be a little out of the way for most Seattle residents, but if you're looking for vegetarian pho it is definitely the best I've found. The soup includes more vegetables than I've seen elsewhere and the broth is great. You also get this lychee water with each meal that is fantastic!

Parking is fairly limited but you can usually be lucky enough to find a spot out in front of the place.

When driving on Aurora, you'll see Vietnamese restaurants virtually everywhere, seemingly on every block. Pho 99's restaurant sign is very clear from a distance, so it's not one of those drive by, oops "I missed it" places. With location aside, the cuisine and the service are excellent, and the chef will even customize (a.k.a. have it your way) your dishes if you request them to do so. I'll be back again and again and again.

I've searched the Shoreline area for great pho and vietnamese cuisine and have found myself coming back to this place over and over again. If you're looking for vietnamese comfort food look no further. There's always a seat in this house, and I'd like to see them all full. I've had everything on the menu, and the food is consistently delicious, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The "vegetarian chicken" options will make a believer out of you. The pork, shrimp and cabbage salad will make you cry with happiness. Being a professional chef, I've found my "regular spot". You will not be dissapointed.

We just love this place. Cecelia uses only the best ingredients and freshest. The beef in their #V6 is a very nice piece of beef. We don't eat pho any where else.
