Really horrible business practices. My husband and I had a coupon for a free sitting and portrait, which we found at our doctor's office. When we showed up with our newborn, they had nowhere for me to nurse or change the baby. But that wasn't the worst of it.

After the photo session, we went to preview the photographs a week later. Little did we know we would have to spend over $1000 (yes, you heard me right) for 6 small photos. They don't give you a price list when you take the photos. You only get to see it after they do this hokey preview of your photos using a PowerPoint presentation with sentimental music. I asked to take the price list with us just so I could warn my friends and they wouldn't let us do so. They said they would delete the photos within days if we did not purchase the photos right then and there. We could not get digital copies of the images, either. Ever. Not even for the $1000.

Needless to say, we haven't been back. We found several excellent photographers in the area for our newborn's 6 month and 1 year photos. Do your homework before you go with Creative Image - ask for a price list up front, ask if they offer digital copies of the images, ask if they keep the images on file or if they delete them after a certain amount of time. I learned the hard way that these are all very important questions to ask.

My good friend is a well-known photographer in another state and practically yelled at me for not asking all these questions up-front. She charges about $200 for the package we purchased.

I give Creative Image five stars. Photographer Scott Baire is extremely talented. His potraits in Pullman Regional Hospital 's Birthplace as well as all over his studio are nothing but spectular. I had both of my sons in his Lil Cutie Contest and they look amazing. They had a payment plan for the poprtraits ordered and his wife gave me an incredible discount. All of his staff was welcoming and nothing but professional. The price for what I got I felt was more than fair. I knew going in it would be expensive, afterall it's not JC Penneys Portrait Suudio. It was a treat for me and I will go back again.

Had a terrible experience with Creative Images. We recieved a $300 gift certificate from a drawing, and that was supposed to cover the sitting fee and a basic photo package. We felt if would be nice to get some decent portraits because after almost 5 years of marriage and not having very good photos of our wedding, we THOUGHT we were getting a good deal. They told us we had an hour shoot, which we were only given 30 minutes, including clothing changes, and we were charged over $450 out of pocket for some basic prints! (my husband and I have worked 3-4 jobs between the two of us over the last 2 years. We don't have money to throw around) The owner was rude when we tried to work out a payment schedules, and was overall a ridiculous experience. I wouldn't recommend them unless you have at least $1000 to throw around towards portraits. They don't give you the rights to your photos, therefore you have to get ALL prints through them, and a simple 4X6 photo costs $59! WOW! After researching after our shoot, we realized that there are MANY other quality photographers in our area for 1/10 of the price-all of whom do great quality photography. We won't ever be doing business with Creative Images. Unfortunately, we have a bad taste in our mouths, and when we look at our portraits, it kind of makes us sad...

Over priced!!! I can name 10 other photographers in the area with as good of quality as his and 1/10 the price. Got (4) 4x6 for $700+!!!!!!!! Thats stupid and he was not very nice when we couldn't pay for all of it upfront. Called himself a "Business Man." Was not up front on prices. Took pictures first,(only spent 10 mins with us) then showed us the prices.

Good photos and excellent service but VERY expensive. Paid ~ $1,000 for six pictures. Not upfront about cost.
