B & B Auto Repair

I've been taking my rig to B&B Auto for a couple years. I have always received the best of care from Joel, Nathan and Dave. Twice I have had to limp in the shop with an issue, and they provided a way home for me with either a rental car or given me a ride. My rig was returned working perfectly each time and in a timely fashion. I was charged a fair price for the work and given a detailed list of the work done, parts used and things that should be done in the future. B & B has earned my loyalty and trust and I recommend them to everyone I know.

We have had occasions when our clients have been in a bad situation with a broken down vehicle stuck in Bremerton. We are always happy to refer our clients to B&B Auto Repair. They are honest and we trust that they will take good care of our precious clients. We really appreciate having them there!

We have taken our vehicles to B&B for years. Most recently they diagnosed and fixed a problem with the air conditioning in our Volvo semi truck. They really go the "extra mile" to inform the customer of the steps they are going to take to solve a problem and the possible outcome. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their motor vehicles. D. K.

I dealt with B&B for many years as a single women. I always felt that they were trustworthy and I always felt confident that I was getting the best service and price in our area. I've appreciated the fact that they would list "future repairs" that they could see would eventually need to be done. This gave me a "heads-up".Their work ethics are at the highest level in my opinion, and I would not go anywhere else.

This place is great, I took both my cars there and will again. I'm

always loyal to an auto shop I can trust. One of the cars had not

had servicing for some time, I asked them to look at my clutch,

brakes, and belts... They did and the only problem they found was

one of my belts was going bad, other shops might not been so

honest.

Many of my friends and family always ask why I would drive an hour to B&B for my auto care needs. Its simple really. As a busy professional trying to balance work life and family, my time is valuable. I need a service provider that is reliable, responsive, respectful of my time and delivers on promises within my budget.

B&B has always exceeded my expectations in these areas. Because of B&B I always have peace of mind and confidence when driving my car. Thats priceless when youre on the road a lot. Thanks B&B!!!!

I would highly recommend B&B to anyone who is looking for quality service when you want it, how you want it and at a price youre willing to pay for it!!

I recently took my car into B&B when my "Check Engine" light came on. They worked with me to accommodate my busy schedule. They quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a part and got me back on the road within the same day. We have used this shop for the past 15 years due to their excellent customer service and capable technicians. Their prices are fair and they offer an excellent warranty on their work (though we have never had to use it). I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants quality work for a fair price.

The labor cost on my vehicle repair came to almost double what the going rate is. They told me I needed a new battery, but when I went to another shop the next day, my battery was fine. I would not recommend this shop.
