Bellevue Beauty School

I have been going to this school for a few years to have my hair foiled with 2 colors, and have always had an advanced senior do my hair and had ok results. I kept going back because of the price and being that the results were ok that was good enough for me. The minor mistakes they made no one could tell except me. However, yesterday I went there and as always asked to have an advanced senior. Well.. something that should have taken no more than 3 hours to do took 6 hours. Everything that was done needed the instructor. This was an advanced student, meaning that they shouldnt need the instructor for every little thing. Then something as easy as in rinsing my hair.. she needed the instructor for, When she was applying the toner.. it was dripping all over me... in my ears.. both of them, so I was trying to get it out and off my face. She kept complaining how it was going all over.. she didnt know what was going on... at that point I actually said.. Get the instructor.. I was so pissed. The instructor took me over to the hair wash sinks and had me lay my head back, that way.. it wouldnt run all over my face and in my ears. Also... the fumes were so strong I couldnt breathe... this was just awful. Then it was burning my scalp. I asked the girl to just rinse it off because it burned so bad. She had to wait and ask the instructor before she could do anything... so Im sitting there waiting... then the instructor explains to the girl how she did it wrong. Finally she rinsed it out and then thought she was done.. I told her she needed to wash my hair again.. and she needed to ask the instructor if she had to actually wash my hair again??? So all this took an extra 3 hours. I told the instructor at the beginning what I wanted. The instructor decided to do it her way instead. The final results, I wasnt happy with. Then the instructor decides to do something else and that didnt work. She tried to charge me for it on top of what the normal charge was. After complaining about the additional charge.. the instructor went to ask her instructor about taking the charge off.
This was just a terrible experience. I know this is a learning school. But that is why I asked for an advanced student. I wont ever go back. Its worth it to pay more and have it done correctly by someone that knows what they are doing.
