Service personnel are always friendly, a loaner car is always available and service is always completed in a timely manner. I also appreciate being informed about service that will need to be taken care of on a future visit.

Bruce Cox Imports is the best. From buying my vehicle there, inspecting a car for my daughter to all the service work you perform, everything is always done to the highest level. I always appreciate the loaner car and having my car come back vacuumed and washed. One suggestion I have would be to have the person cleaning the car to take an Armor wipe and do a quick wipe down of the dash. It wouldn't cost a whole lot and take much time and it would certainly put the finishing touch on a great service job. Keep up the great work. With the service you provide it is always easy to give you a great recommendation to any one who asks who takes care of my car.

With the experience of purchasing 5 Volvo Wagons (1983, 1990, 1999, 2001 and 2007 models) - all of them in perfect condition and each of them my most favorite car. I've placed my trust in Bruce Cox Imports for my cars and their repair since Bruce opened his establishment. You can't do any better than Bruce and his team. Without a doubt I have been pleased with the sales (James) and service (Pete and Mike) provided by Bruce Cox Imports (BCI) over the years. Rather reluctantly I gave up my Volvo with some 300+ thousand miles and was eased into the purchase of my Subaru. I have referred two (out-of-town) family members to BCI and with professional, no pressure, policy, James made two sales as a result. They, as would I continue to recommend Bruce Cox Imports. And finally, Bruce's ourtreach commitment and support is a tremendous asset to our community.

I have been a loyal customer of Bruce Cox since 1995. I always receive friendly and reliable service for my Volvo. His staff are very knowledgeable and I trust their recommendations.

Bruce Cox imports provides honest and reliable service for my Subaru. They promptly inform me of any changes to the total amount due and provide me with options for service. They always explain the details associated with issues they discover. I also really like the free loaner cars!

Because of Bruce Cox my family will always own a Volvo. All of the employees have treated us great. Our '99 S70 has been a great car with no surprises. Every car is hand picked and the quality of the vehicels shows. Thanks for adding an honest car lot to Bellingham.

Bruce Cox is very responsive, informative, professional and thorough. They keep me informed, and perform high quality work. Preventive maintenance is well done for my 2005 Volvo V70, and it's worth the out-of-town drive for the work.

Bruce Cox Import was a horrible experience. When I first got there I was not approached , acknowledged or offered help for well over 15 minutes. When I finally did the man directing me to get my car serviced was an arrogant imbecile who bossed around the "lesser" employees/subordinates with little to no care, completely unprofessional and very awkward. When I came back I overheard the owner berating one of his employees within ear shot of customers. I understand disciplining employees when necessary but be professional and discreet about it. Management there was completely inept, they have no idea what they are doing, how to treat customers and for that matter employees! I will never go there again.

I take all feedback regarding my business seriously and I welcome this reviewer to contact me personally. I would take any steps necessary to address the paticular concerns. I am doubtful that this is an honest review as it would be almost impossible to be on our property for 15 minutes without being acknowledged and there are no "lesser" employees. I also have no recollection of berating any employee publicly or privately. It is just not my style. We are not perfect, but this review shows a distinct lack of familiarity with this business

Bruce Cox saved our Volvo! We almost got completely ripped off up the street at the big Volvo dealership, but fortunately towed it to Bruce for a second opinion. He was honest and saved us many thousands of dollars. We went on to buy a new/used car from him as well.
