Very pleasant place full of gorgeous smiles.Would never go anywhere else.My experience at Brookside Dental was one of a kind.After trying different Offices in the past I've come to find a true Gem.The Service, Kindness and Genuineness of the Staff are a mix that is hard to find these days.I highly recommend Brookside Dental for Everyone!

Dr Pat is the best. This thank you to Brookside Dental is long overdue for the beautiful smile they provided for me. I wanted to put a lot of thought into this, but I'm not sure where to begin. Thank you so much for all that was done for me at Brookside Dental. I've really never felt so blessed and I will always be grateful to Dr Pat and her assistants for the beautiful crowns and my overall fantastic smile. The Dr Pat had my new smile ready in time for my wedding which was amazing and it made my wedding that much more beautiful, I truly mean that. I will always have fond memories of my visits to Dr Pat and Brookside Dental.

Just want to thank everyone at Brookside Dental and express my appreciation for their great service. It's the best tooth work that I have ever had. Now I am actually able to smile again. The doctors and staff have a great attitude and do really good dental work.

Dr Cindy and the staff at Brookside Dental in Bellevue have made my dental experience a very good one. In the past, I have had some fear issues with visits to doctors and dentists, but Dr Cindys kind chair-side manner and gentle touch has relieved most of that issue from me. Dr Cindy has an extremely fun, happy and professional staff. Because of the quality of the care and service I have received at Brookside Dental, I actually look forward to going back for future dental work and cleanings.

I give high recommendations for the doctors and staff here. I have been going to Brookside Dental for a while. My teeth have been worked on by both Dr Pat and Dr Cindy and they have done very good work. It is very comfortable and pleasant in the Office. I watch movies during any long procedures. I recently decided that I wanted to look better and Dr Cindy did six new crowns in the front of my mouth that are excellent. I get really nice compliments from people about how nice my teeth look.

A friend recommended that I give these guys a try and they seemed like a great place initially. Very thorough exam and would probably do a good job with services as well, or at least ive heard they do ok. But I looked into how much it would cost me before I had the work done so I wouldnt be stuck with a big bill later and found they charge the insurance companies double what most will cover. In the end I decided to switch to an in network provider and I was told that I could not return for services in the future because the data wouldnt transfer well back and forth. It was also implied that if I didnt have money I should never have come to see them in the first place. They are also very sales oriented and I didnt feel that alot of the conversation had was to put me at ease, it was more to get me excited about spending more money on services I didnt necessarily need done.

After waiting three months for an appointment, they cancelled it without telling me. When I called the day before my appointment to confirm, I was told "we are no longer accepting patients". No courtesy phone call, nothing! They claim they didn't receive my dental chart, but my other dentist confirms it was sent to their office months ago. Receptionist was rude & unhelpful.

This place is just okay with the services. Nice place and ambiance and parking is also easily available. But the docs are all one and the same. Just cannot trust the default advice and need to validate them with your limited understanding of what is right and what is not for your own teeth. Or else pretty soon, you will be left with dentures since every other dentist felt that plucking the tooth was the ideal situation to every tooth problem. The judgement call should be only yours as far as a tooth removal is concerned and no one else. They are reasonably priced. Though a lot depends on your insurance

PROS: Average service
CONS: Not so reliable with the advice. You need to question them to understand it

Brookside Dental offers a quality work at a price.
the work is exceptional and the staff very friendly.
If a visit at a dentist office can be a pleasure, this is as close as it gets. The only complaint I have is that I was stuck with a rather hefty bill for the services. Their web site clearly states Aetna is an 'Accepted' insurance company. Do not confuse accepted and 'Aetna preferred providers'. My fault for not reading the small print. If you do encounter the issue like I did do talk to dr. Gill. He will try to accommodate you to his best capability.

PROS: Pretty receptionists
CONS: $$$$

I've been going to Brookside for about 2 years now, and switched back to them after trying another dentist. The staff is almost entirely female, and very attuned to the fact that most people hate going to the dentist. They'll schedule multiple appointments if you need a lot of work done and aren't comfortable sitting in the chair for a long time. They also have Walkmans you can listen to so the drilling and scraping isn't as loud.

They have ample parking, and will remind you of your appointments via email.

My only complaint is that they're somewhat pushy about recommending extra services like teeth whitening.

PROS: comfortable atmosphere
CONS: pushy about extra services
