In ShortFounded in 1901 in Chicago by Charles R. Walgreen Sr., this neighborhood pharmacy has grown to be one of the nation's largest drugstore chains. Each store carries 25,000 different items--from cleaning products to electronics and greeting cards. Friendly people!!!

My experience here was not really with the merchandise, but the customer service. We were lost one day and had to ask for directions. We ran in to this Walgreens and the person we got that day was very helpful. They told us exactly where we were suposed to go and didn't seem bothered by the fact that we were just asking a question and not buying anythng.

Walgreens is a nice little store, its convieniently located, and it has a variety of items, from milk and bread, to photo developing, to medine, toys, makeup, and more. Their prices are very reasonable, and they often have lots of products on display to look at before you buy, such as novelty lamps, etc. The only con is that there are only two checkout lines, and it often gets crowded, especially around Christmas time.

I love Walgreens! They have a huge selection of Makeup and Hair products.. not to mention the many late night I have spent there buying medicine for a sick husband or baby. The sales people are helpful and the products are easy to find!

Walgreens is a great store. They have everything you need and the people working there are really friendly. There are always some really great sales and awesome bargains. I aways go there to buy makeup. It's also a good place to get sweatshirts and blankets because they are always very inexpensive. It's also a great place to develop pictures.
