while so many sushi places we have visited are sterile and dull, this hidden little gem of a place serves great food, and lays down some great tracks of music. they also have an excellent (late) happy hour. we try to get there a few times a month whenever we are in town.

I've visited Nijo Sushi about 5 times in the last month and every time the service and food have been great. The fish is so fresh and there is no fake crab (one of my pet peeves!) used in any of their sushi. Highly recommend the rainbow and the red dragon.

I have been trying this place because of the happy hour and close to my boyfriends work. But, after about three ok experiences we were served the worst tuna ever. It seemed like it was a day old, we had to send it back to the chef. I would go there during dinner time, but not when they are trying to cut corners.

The newest addition in Japanese cuisine is situated in Seattle's famous Post Alley. We feature the freshest selection of ingredients for an array of beautiful Bento Boxes, traditional and new styles of sushi and other delicacies. Step inside and enjoy personal attention at the Sushi Bar, where the chef will delight you with impeccable choices of today's freshest fish and vegetable selections made to order, exactly the way you desire.

Our vast and diverse ranges of Sake are some of the finest chilled on ice. If sushi is not your forte there is an abundance of other choices on the menu such as Wild Mushroom Saute, Filet Mignon Tartare or Filet Mignon and Lobster Tail combination. Nijo's chef delighted the most discriminating tastes for years while employed at Cutters, Nikko, Ototo and Mikado. The ambience is hip and the restaurant offers a live DJ on Friday and Saturday nights.
