I visited Ziti Pasta Italiano today at Crossroads mall and received terrible service. The worst part was the following.
I filled up my soft drink close to the top, but had to stop to allow the 'foam' to deminish. I continued waiting for my food as I did so. When the food arrived I then reached over to top off my soft drink. After I did, they demanded that I PAY a refill charge!!!! WTF?? I didn't even take a drink of the thing. we debated, finally I paid the .50 and decided that I will not be returning.
