I have bought 3 vehicles from Five Star, Aberdeen in the last three years and have been very satisfied with the service we received from the sales staff and management. As a matter of fact, I am goint to return because I shopped at another dealership and even after I said "no" on the deal, their sales manager told one of the salesmen to start unloading my truck!! Talk about pressure! And when I needed a little time to think about the trade on my vehicle the sales manager wouldn't take no for an answer. I'll take Five Star in Aberdeen anyday compared to the stress of the other dealership!! They have always been courteous and met my needs..Kudos to ALL!

Not everyone here is awful but the ones that are, are terrible and ruin it for the rest.
I have bought 2 cars here. The first time was a pretty good deal though I got tired of playing the price games with them. We didn't get done until way after closing time. I wanted the best price the first time not after they went to the back to "check the price with the manager, and see what he can do" 12 times.
The 2nd time the sales staff was horrid. They were literally lined up on each side on the street just standing there and very pushy. I only went through with the sale because they had the car I wanted. The man who processed my loan papers after the sale was reached was extremely nice however.
The last time we went there we left very upset. The guy that sits in the main open desk in the showroom told us VERY rudely to go to another dealership (a competitor) if we thought we could get a better price. We did just that and DID get a better price AND a better vehicle.
I will never go back there unless the staff changes.
On a positive note...the service department has excellent employees. It is the sales department that is lacking terribly.
PROS: Largest car selection in the harbor.
CONS: Awful sales staff and front manager.
