Only a couple of the kids programs are constructive and relying on the club to keep to their own schedule on the programs has proven to be unreliable. Also the supervision in the kids programs is lacking and a few bad apples are allowed to

This place is ridiculous. We signed up for a family membership two months ago and absolutely hate the place and the people. They smile and are friendly, but they aren't very helpful when it comes to satisfying their members. All they want is to get as many people as members as they can. It appears they have a quota or something. We specifically said that we primarily wanted to use the gym for climbing. They said they they would accomodate that and that they have a great climbing area. Well, it just so happens that they only have people staffed in the climbing wall a few hours each week. This is insane. My husband wants to go in during the day and he can't go in unless I go because there have to be two belay certified people in there at a time. Why not someone on staff? So, basically our membership is going to waste because the club isn't accomodating. Not to mention the price is WAY too expensive. The owners are rich, they must think everyone is. We were told a price when we signed up and there is tax on top of that outrageous price!?! So we spend over a hundred a month on a membership that isn't worth it. NEVER sign up for this place. We better get some kind of cancellation or we will NEVER renew our membership and we will tell everyone we know not to go there!

Business Response:

We do our best to cover all the policies when a member joins our facility. We also give each new member a Club Policy Packet. Each new member can participate in a RockWall Belay Certification course and it is a requirement for a minimum of two adults to climb. If you are looking for a climbing partner you may contact our Rockwall director Steve W. at Steve@tricitycourtclub.com or 509-396-3712 Ext. 133.

I love the Tri-City Court Club. I signed up for personal training 3 months ago and have seen dramatic results in weight loss and my energy level is through the roof!! Personal training is where it's at. I would never be where I am today without my Results Personal Trainer. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have not had any problems..

My family has a membership at the Court Club. There are a number of things for kids 6 and older to do but if they under 6 no luck. They do have a daycare but it's now going up to $4 an hour per child.

The young people working at the front desk are great. The managers/directors are there to get you to join the club and get your money and they will lie to get it. The TCCC is not worth the $105 plus tax a month for a family membership plus daycare. Also not all the classes and lessons at the club are free. Swim lessons are over $100. A young family can easily spend over $200 a month at the club. Long story short.

I weigh more now than I did when I joined the club but I'm out a lot of money .

In order for us to deliver on our promise of being the Family Place to Be...We now offer FREE child care for 2-hours per day. We have added SplashDown Cove as an added benefit. Private lessons such as personal training, pilates ans swim lessons are an additonal charge for the personalized service.

The court club offers everything you could image. I took karate lessons there when I was younger, took swimming lessons and used their weight lifting and cardio facilities. The services are great.

Kid's Karate is offered twice a week and is included with your membership!

This health club is quite expensive especially since you have to pay towel fees whether you use their towels or not. Also it costs extra to use the daycare. It is usually crowded but it is a very large nice facility with lots of great equiptment and several pools, indoors and out. The gym circuits are often crowded. There are a lot of aerobics, yoga, spinning and pilates classes available.

We offer FREE Child Care for 2 hours per day. As a Club we do not offer a towel service or charge a towel fee. We ask our members to bring their own towel as many people choose to shower at home.

Our family used to have a membership here and I can truthfully say I didn't like it. Its not that the Tri City Court Club is bad but they have some very bad policies. We found a better court club near closer to us so we decided to cancel our membership. It turns out even though we stopped going there and told them we wanted to stop using them they still charged us a month after since we didnt call and cancel by a certain time. That is just wrong.

Business Response:

We do have a 30-day cancellation policy in place and this is initialed by each new member. Our goal is to improve the health of our members while provding a FUN factor for the whole family. We recognize that not everyone will choose to be a member of our Club and are thankful that there are several great fitness facilities in the Tri-cities.

Our family recently joined the Tri City Court Club. We are very glad we did. There are so many activities we can enjoy as a family at the court club. Our children especially enjoy the heated pool and the raquetball courts. They are eager to try the rock climbing wall. This facility has on-site child care for when you want to get a serious workout.
