I went in for a pedicure on a Tuesday afternoon. It was 2:30pm when I walked in the door and it wasn't busy. I told the lady I had to be somewhere by 4pm. She told me it would take one hour. It was a treat away from my two children and I was hoping to relax. The lady hurt me several times during the pedicure. Once so badly that I exclaimed, "you hurt me!" The massage chair didn't work at all and I tried to make it work, but she never offered assistance. I left there at 7 minutes to 4! It took an hour and a half for my one hour pedicure and I had to leave with my nails still wet. I chose an OPI color and she talked me into another color. The quality of the other polish looks cheap. The color is all over my cuticles and my toes are still throbbing and it is now Saturday! She told me I had plenty of time as I was rushing out the door. I told her 7 minutes is not very long to get across town to another appointment. From all of the other reviews I can tell it isn't worth my time to call and complain, but I have told everyone I know of my bad experience, so I know that my friends will at least think twice about handing over $60 for a horrible experience. I will be finding a new place to go.

So I am going to school to become a licenced esthetician and I came here to get some waxing done. With a place that nice....I would think their work is just as good. The first thing the waxer didn't know ANY english, so she had NO IDEA what I want MY own eyebrows to look like. She didn't wear gloves so for all I know her hands was in someone dirty funk. Didn't SANITIZE AT ALL, so if she did have funk on her hands, it went to my FACE. Didn't TEST the wax, so she could have burnt the hell out of me. Didn't ask me about any medications I was taking, so if I was taking a madication that thins out my skin like Retin-A or Accutane she would have ripped my skin right off. Totally disgusting and illegal operation they are running at this place. This place is just for the looks.

I went to Casa Bella 3 weeks ago. I have had several women refer the salon to me. I had pink and white acrylics and a pedicure. The woman doing my nails nicked every single finger! While paying ($60) I showed the man at the desk (the owner) my hands. He apologized profusely, and gave me a certificate for $10 off my next service. Yesterday, I decided to go in for a fill and another pedicure. I was getting them done at the same time. The woman who did my nails (Hannah) did a wonderful job. The woman who was giving me a pedicure broke one of my toenails OFF! She was putting away some of her tools, bumped it with a drill and it tore right off my foot. She then grabbed a bottle of polish and began polishing the skin on my toe as though nothing had happened. When I asked her if she was really polishing my skin after breaking my toenail, she was no longer able to communicate in English. I then went to the woman at the desk (the other owner) who not only made me pay for the pedicure, but refused to let me use the $10 certificate from her husband. She told me if I didn't pay, she would call the police. She also told me that my toe nail was missing when I arrived. The customer service in this chop shop is horrifying. I will NEVER go there again.

This salon is just a big assemly line, and you feel it. Mani and pedi are done at the same, rushed time. No pamered feeling here. The staff seems to be screaming "next!" with every action. I left feeling stressed, with uneven nails, no top coat, rough feet, and what ever lotion they used on my hands left my skin red and sore. It was the first time I have ever been asked "YOU PAY NOW?!" in the middle of a pedicure, no kidding. If all you care about is a nice massage chair and decor, go here. Otherwise I would recommend you spend your money at another salon. The good looks of this place are all it has to offer.

I've been going to Casa Bella for several years and have recommended them to several friends and acquaintances. Over the years, the owners have continually upgraded the facilities to transform it into a very pretty place. Unfortunately, the service has not kept up with the appearance. Over the last two years, service on weekends had been iffy, which I always attributed to them being overwhelmingly busy. (Doesn't matter if you make an appointment or not: they don't seem to keep records.) So I stopped going on weekends, though it means I can't get there as often as I used to. After my most recent experience (August 2008), I won't be recommending Casa Bella or returning. The pedicure was fine, except that I paid extra for a service I did not receive. The manicure was AWFUL. The technician filed my nails unevenly, and did not apply a base coat before the polish nor a top coat. I had to ask the technician doing my pedicure to put a top coat on my nails (which she did). Without a base coat, though, the manicure didn't last. I'll be shopping for a new spa. You might want to keep looking also.

This is a great place to get a Spa Pedicure and or Manicure. The place is beautifully decorated and has plenty of Massage chairs with the foot Jacuzzis. It's very clean and good ventilation. If you want a place to have a spa girls day out this is the place to go. The prices are reasonable especially for the amount of time they are willing to spend. They have a variety of Nail polish colors to choose from and they do nail art. I've recommended this place to my friends.
