After getting competition prices from other vendors Bry's met our lowest bid and we bought an LG refrigerator from them. They loaned us a temporary refrigerator while the LG was on order and saved us from having to live out of a cooler for 2 weeks. There customer service was excellent!!!

Bry's is one of those merchants that weather the years in one location, because of their local ties and helpfulness. While there are box stores now that may offer better prices, Bry's is a store to consider supporting locally for good reason.

My husband and I love going to Bry's! The sales staff has ALWAYS been very helpful to us. They are knowledgeable with various products and can always get us what we want (even if it's not in their store). We bought our big screen TV from them and referred a friend who also purchased a big screen TV. We also purchased a home theatre system and just recently 2 more TV's. I believe their motto...Great buys at Brys!

One of the reasons I bought my sectional here is because the sales guy said it was made in America. Turns out it was made in China! The owner said "no refunds", even thought they had to lie to get my money.

The issue that Brys Television, appliance, satellite, furniture, and car audio has can be clearly seen in the name of the store. It has a lot of different types of items but not a very good selection for any of them. They have furniture that is limited in style and the quality doesn't seem to be that high, They also have electronic equipment but again, just a few specific items. It is as if this store can not decide what it wants to be.
