I went in to get a simple haircut. All my layers had grown out and I had Christmas tree hair. I wanted less poof at ends and more shape-some long layers and framing. I saw Lauren, and left with curly hair. I straightened my hair a couple days later and I have this awful, way short layer on my right side. It is very uneven. I went in and another lady tried to blend it in, and she did what she could I guess, but she said that really the only option (unless I want it cut really short) is to grow it out longer then get it evened out. Terrible experience - they didn't even offer me my money back and I was so terrified of it getting messed up worse that I didn't think to ask.

Ok Alittle backstory,I am naturally a redhead but my roots are ALWAYS dark and turn naturally red so its strange,About last year I made the horrible mistake of dying it black in order to have someone like me. Its been a year and the black were just on my ends cause I did it brunette to help lighten it so to speak,I got in and told them EXACTLY how I wanted it,My husband was there as witness and even he understood what I was saying,I wanted them to BLEACH my hair which they told me they would(bleach washing?) a new lady walks in for her time at work and the lady who quoted me my price told me(she recommended this and I flat out said NO) there was a foiling job that needed to be done. When I got in the chair,I told her the same thing I told the lady that quoated me my price and she oked it But all she did was put harsh chemicals in my hair to remove the tiny black out of my hair and proceeded to put the all over color in my hair(my closest to natural red) My husband and I were quite confused as to WHY she wasn't bleaching my hair but we both said "ok lets see where this goes" kinda thing,She screwed up my bangs(too short) and I've never felt so insulted by a staff from a salon...I paid 132 bucks and I expect to get what I paid for and I didn't,I cried so furiously and hard when I got in the car with my husband,I Tipped the lady 15 bucks because I just wanted to get out of there so bad and I wasn't thinking,I was HORRIFIED. It looks nice and everything,But it was NOT what I wanted. I know its probably my fault for not asking specifically on a bleach washing,But I ASSUMED that Bleach washing was bleaching the hair atleast...I loved the products that the lady used,I loved her to be honest til the moment She rinsed my hair and immidietly put the hairdye in,I knew right then and there I was gonna be pissed,I know I should of said something but I just wanted to get out of there. Apparantly when I picked out my haircolor they just in no way were they gonna give me,but still made me pay an arm and a leg, something I did not have and stressed throughout the day,If I loved it and had it been the way I wanted. I probably wouldn't of cared,But it was a day wasted. I think Kati(employee) is a sweet lady and probably knows what shes doing,But her and whoever the other lady was apparantly do not listen to well. But it also could be a simple misunderstanding on either one of our parts but I don't feel that. If you insist on going to any of the 3D dimension salons(alot of them seem to have bad reviews) Make sure you spell out what you want Barney Style and make sure the stylists understand. I will NEVER go to any of these salons again.

My family has always relied on third dimensions to cut and style our hair. They all do a great job from prom night to color treatments.. my daughter even gets her eyes wax there.

I have been going there for years. They are busy and expect you to show up at your appointed time. We have brows waxed, cuts, color, etc there - never a problem. The manager is a doll and all of her staff is professional and if you aren't happy - speak up. I send my children there with the money and they always come home happy with a trendy appropriate haircut. So if I was a first time customer and showed up at the wrong time and I am sure you complained - too bad you didn't leave bald - I would have scalped you.

I showed up at the wrong time for my appointment and the attitude they gave me was thick. You'd think they could be more understanding and at least smile once. Maybe they don't want new clients because they're too cool for the rest of us. Also the decor was cheesy and the prices were really high. And guess what, my cut turned out way too short and you know what that means...I now have to wait a month to let it grow out. A woman's worst nightmare.

PROS:
CONS: bad attitude, high prices, bad cuts
